¡Bienvenido a esta unidad dúplex recientemente remodelada de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con un plano de planta de concepto abierto! Ubicado en el centro de Bothell, disfrutarás de poder caminar hasta los restaurantes, bares, cafeterías y lugares de entretenimiento del centro. También estamos a una corta distancia a pie de UW Bothell y Cascadia College, y Woodinville Wine Country está a solo 10 minutos en auto. Las atracciones del centro de Seattle están a media hora en coche; Bellevue y Lynnwood están a 20 minutos en coche.

Cada una de las tres habitaciones cuenta con una cama queen, y tenemos un par de almohadas de espuma viscoelástica por cama. La sala de estar se completa con un sofá y loveseat de cuero, así como también un televisor de alta definición Smart Roku de 65 ". This property is located in a wonderful location, easy access to just about anywhere. It was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the living room was cozy. We are excited to stay again!

Perfect Spot for Family Visit

Master bedroom faces a semi-busy road, so slightly noisy (and a little hard to find second car parking), but otherwise the place was excellent and met all of our needs. Very clean, good kitchen, tv room, and beds.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home! Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The place was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. Visit for a concert at chateau Ste Michelle

Perfectly handy location for a visit chateau st Michelle, and their concert venue. The property checked out exactly as described, and was comfortable and clean. Nice little town with some great restaurants. Great proximity for a day visit to Seattle as well

Clean and comfortable

Bothell is a delightful town in the Pacific Northwest. The Modern Remodeled home was clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to breakfast, dinner and even ice cream. The walk along the Sammamish River is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Easy route to EvergreenHealth hospital in Kirkland

Good location. Great communication with speedy responses from our host Izzy. All of the little essentials were easily available - soaps, shampoo/conditioner, pods for washer, softener sheets for dryer, pods for coffee …… we will definitely be back if we are in this area again!

No bother in Bothell

We rented the property for our party of five while we attended the wedding events of my niece and her new husband. We found the facilities to be excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the Bothel/ Woodinville area.

NW visit

We stayed at the duplex or 3 nights , 5 adults. Everything was good. The immediate area is great. Walking ,dining etc..clean. Property has everything. Very nice. Beds were clean and comfortable.Street parking is nice if available. So having a dedicated spot in the driveway was good when street was taken.

Sibling Getaway

Everything was perfect. Great instructions for entry and any need we may have had, clean house and great location for our purpose. It is on a road which had some traffic, so the front bedroom had road noise (didn’t bother me at all). Many things, such as restaurants and a Starbucks, in walking distance. Would highly recommend.

The kitchen was great, but did not supply dish cloths, everything else was wonderful. Parking only for one vehicle and street parking is very very difficult to find close by.
