Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen-size bed, a foldable desk that doubles as a small dining table, a 4K Roku TV, and fast, reliable WiFi on a private network (separate from the main home) for secure work and streaming. The walls feature art by local Seattle artists, and the bathroom is stocked with essentials. The space is designed to feel cozy, functional, and easy to settle into.

A compact kitchenette includes a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, and basic utensils (ideal for light meals, snacks, or your morning coffee).

You’ll have a dedicated covered parking spot right next to the suite, complete with a level 2 EV charging station.

★ TRANSIT ★
Only a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The C-line bus gets you to Downtown Seattle in 20–30 minutes, which is great for work, conferences, sports games, catching up with friends, or sightseeing.

One of us has a background in hospitality and understands what makes a stay feel seamless (from hotel-level cleanliness to thoughtful touches that help guests feel truly cared for). The other works in tech and often works from home, so we’ve made sure the suite includes fast private WiFi, a functional workspace, and keyless self check-in for a smooth experience.
Guest access
Guests will have private, exclusive access to the entire basement level of the home. This includes a separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom, workspace/dining area, and a kitchenette.

★ DISCLAIMERS ★
Please note: there is no access to shared areas of the main home, including the upstairs kitchen and laundry. The suite is fully self-contained and set up for a comfortable, independent short-term stay. A laundromat is also conveniently located less than 10 minutes away by car or bus.

Six Stars for this West Seattle Gem! My 10-year-old daughter and I had an amazing stay. For me, a place that's clean and comfortable always earns five stars, but this spot went far beyond that. The location is also incredibly convenient; it's just a 5-minute walk to the "C" bus line, which is an express bus that takes you right into the heart of downtown.The hosts have thought of everything! The bed was incredibly comfy, and the shower was so fantastic I took a picture of the shower head to buy one for my own home. They had snacks waiting (a lifesaver for a hungry kid!), plus thoughtful extras like toothbrushes and shaving kits in case you forgot something. With bottled water, plenty of ice, and a huge TV for relaxing, it felt like they anticipated every need. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. If I could give it six stars, I would! Highly, highly recommend.

The studio was very clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There were no drawbacks. it was very pleasant and hosts were very responsive. i would absolutely stay there again!
