Likes:Nice rooms for our needs. Location was close to downtown areas. Dislikes: that the cleaning staff cleaned our room and threw away two bags of souvenirs we bought at the tulip festival and deception pass. Not sure how they managed to not realize they picked up 4 postcards, 5 stickers, earrings and a glass fish. The cleaning manager said they probably threw them away and the staff wanted to just give us hotel points after we signed up for a membership to Marriott. We declined and asked for them to cover our valet fees. That is the other issue. You are staying at the hotel but they don’t offer any lower price for valet at the hotel when there is ONLY 2 hr parking everywhere. Probably a good hotel for business travelers but if you plan to do anything touristy outside the market area, you are going to pay up the butt for parking.

It was a great stay. The hotel was clean and the room was fresh. The staff was attentive and courteous. There was a billing issue during our stay, but Sabrina handled it quickly and got everything straightened out. I’d definitely stay here again.

Having the rooms ready at the stated check in time so that travelers are not left waiting in the lobby with all of their baggage - even when they arrived after the stated check in time would be a better start than we had. Also some in our party did not have clean rooms that were waited on so then they are relocated and held up while waiting for a clean room.

The hotel overall was great. It was just the room service, my room was only cleaned once out of the five nights of staying there. On the last night housekeeping knocked on the room door a little past 7pm asking if we needed service. I wasn’t happy about that.

The room, lobby and front desk staff was all perfect The gym however could use a big tune up, equipment is very limited and not well maintained Also, I stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never showed up. I left towels on the floor as instructed to get fresh ones and they stayed there. So when I got back to shower at night I had to dry off with wet floor towels The bed was never made and the room and bathroom where never cleaned Not really worth almost 200 bucks a night to come back to a filthy room and wet towels in my opinion

The entire hotel was very clean and the amenities great, excellent breakfast but the best was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, every encounter with the staff was wonderful.
