Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Living room has open floor plan with a queen size sofa sleeper and a queen size murphy bed. The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes a dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Coin op laundry on site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY.
