The beds were a little firm for me. We booked a room with an ocean front view (ad showed full view) and we had a very small portion of a view because of the massive sand dune in front. I honestly felt a little duped for what we paid. The Promenade sweeper went by at 8:30 in the morning and it was very loud, as were the people walking by. I highly suggest an upstairs room. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The view was a joke on me. You live and you learn. Parking was ample and out was very walkable. We enjoyed a fire of the beach.
