Went down for two nights for our anniversary. Location was great and close to most places we wanted to go. Liked the access to the beach and the partial view and the fireplace in the room was nice. Room was pretty quiet on our floor and clean. We ate breakfast there just on Saturday morning and it was decent enough. Coffee they use and serve at the breakfast, the lobby and our room could have been a lot better, but we are coffee snobs. Was not the worst I have had. I would recommend the Ebb Tide to others.

The room was nice and clean. It's evident that there have been some improvements to an old motel. The breakfast was great, the view was great, and the staff was awesome!

The property could use an update. Im not sure if it was just a busy new years but people were very loud early morning. Suggest opening an hour at night for adults only in pool and hot tub. It was crowded and super loud.

Had all the amenities we were looking for: beach view, separate bedroom, pool, breakfast, small kitchen! The rooms were clean, but just seemed a little sad and worn. We had a broken mirror, a fire without glass, and a screen in the window falling out. Two box fans was wonderful! But one of the fans was broken and would not turn on. The fridge was turned off and the bathroom while clean, does seem ready for a remodel. The pool was so very cold that we could not stay but a few minutes… however the hot tub was lovely and made up for it.Despite these small things, this hotel worked wonderfully for our family with small children and we would stay again.

We were surprised to get a beach view room on the bottom floor for a great off-season rate. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, the fireplace in the room was delightful, and the “continental” breakfast ended up being a full spread of bacon, eggs, and a nifty automatic pancake machine. We are excited to come back and give it another go when the weather is a little nicer.

We loved this place! We have stayed at several hotels in Seaside and this is our new favorite! Amazing prices for the value. We stayed in the three queen bed option, a great option if you have kids or even for a girls trip! Love the full kitchen with eating/cooking utensils, and big fridge too. The beds were comfy… soft mattress and nice thick comforter. The pool was warm and breakfast had lots of good options. The free cookies at night was a nice touch too! We definitely recommend staying here!
