This is a per friendly home. There was a strong pet odor upon arrival. Once we got some air movement and deodorizer spray, the problem was solved.

The ad stated Riverfront .. No river in sight - a marsh yes but no river . The condo was dated and cluttered .. The furniture was very old and stained...Smelly slipcovers . It appeared as a hodge podge of furniture . The closets were so jamed with artwork and additional chairs etc there waas no place for our clothes in the closet. The one closet smelled horrible as a very very dirty nasty vacuum was in there.. Very Very disapppointed at the quality for the pricepoint.

I was extremely disappointed to check in and find that our place had not been cleaned. Even more disappointed to call the management company and have them gaslight me telling me not only had it been cleaned, but then the management company went and verified. Lies. Two lies. Only reason they were caught in the lie (other than the place clearly being a mess) was because the cleaning crew walked into the unit as we were standing there. We had to repack our car and dogs and let them clean the place. Just a pain and something that should not have happened. The house and everything else was nice, so no knock on that.

Just what we were looking for. Wanted to take our dog to the beach, go birdwatching, enjoy the marsh views and the crabbing dock. The kitchen was small and not well stocked, but typical for a rental. I didn’t realize that the second bedroom was up a spiral staircase. That meant the dog slept in the downstairs bedroom, and my elderly parents had to go up and down the spiral staircase. I think the dog could have managed it in retrospect.
