779 Spinnaker This fabulous townhome has been meticulously updated from top to bottom. Located on a located cul de sac, this private end unit villa has peaceful wooded views. Walk down the short boardwalk toward the beach and Club amenities. This villa is very close to Pelican Beach where you can enjoy gentle waves while watching the sunset over the Edisto River. Continue walking down the sands to the oceanfront beaches, Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest oceanfront, outdoor dining, and the clubhouse for golf and dining.
This home features hardwood floors in the living area and many updates throughout. The living area has high ceilings and is comfortable and inviting. Large windows allow sunlight to brighten this room. Gather to enjoy conversation with your family and friends or to watch shows on the large HDTV. The dining area features a table that seats six. There is a wine cooler tucked in the corner which is great for storing your extra beverages. The nearby kitchen has been beautifully remodeled. Highlights include a tile floor, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a gas stove. It is fully stocked with all the necessities plus many extras including a coffee grinder, blender, toaster, food processor, martini shakers and iced tea maker. There is also seating for three at the counter. Step to the screened porch where you can dine around the table for four or settle into an Adirondack chair with a good book. On the deck there is a gas grill (hooked to a permanent propane tank) and table for 2 to relax at while barbecuing.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in this home. Off the living area is a bedroom featuring a queen bed, plus 1 twin. This room features carpeted floors, a large dresser and access to the screened porch. There is also a 32" HDTV. Accessible from the hall is a full bath with a tub/shower and granite topped vanity. The master bedroom is upstairs. This retreat has a king bed, access to two sun decks, and an en suite bath. There is a large HDTV/DVD and plenty of dresser and closet space. Behind doors is a comfort height vanity with a granite counter. In a separate room is the tiled shower with both overhead shower and hand held shower heads. The solar skylight keeps the room comfortable and there is a heated towel rack. Both bathrooms have hair dryers for your use.
When you walk back from the beach, you can rinse off under the outdoor shower tucked under the home (not private). The new owners will be continuing to add their own touches to this fabulous, 5 star home. Photos and description will be updated as they are made.
** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Lovely vacation spot at Seabrook
We really enjoyed our stay! The townhome was in a great location with about a 5-6 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of space for my family of 5. It is an end unit as well which was great for additional privacy.

Just what we were looking for
My husband and I needed a place to unwind, relax, and get away from the world. The villa was so comfortable and peaceful. The location, a short walk to the beach, was just right. We spent a week relaxing on the beach, walking through the community, and enjoying the views of the wildlife. This was our second time to Seabrook Island but not our last.

Nicely renovated Spinnaker with a great screen porch, nestled against the native live oaks. Easy to Pelican Beach and a great starting point for a bike ride. Just don’t plan on having much of a shower upstairs due to little water pressure.

Spinnaker is advertised as just renovated but sure didn’t seem like it! Was very disappointed with decor; flimsy wicker wall art, an extra bed just added in second bedroom and neither being centered, just a hodgepodge of dishes & glasses with no kitchen organization. Stairway carpet stained. Disgusting bath mats which I’m sure are not washed between guests. This villa needs cleaning outside to get green/black stains off wood. Much needed brush/trees trimming to allow some sun to come through to help with mildew issues. This villa just seems to not have the owners care for it like it should! Sad!

Peaceful stay near the beach
This was the perfect rental for our family's social distanced getaway. Beautiful views, loved the porch and wildlife, easy walk to the beach and responsive management. The shower probably needs instructions, but otherwise everything we needed. Definitely would return!
