Perfect size!
Very convenient location to get to the beach. Quiet and secluded. The layout allowed everyone to have their own bathroom with plenty of space/open plan. Kitchen well appointed with cookware. Screened in porch with grill was wonderful. Would rent again!

Perfect location/gorgeous house
We’ve been staying in Seabrook for years and this is by far the most updated, well appointed house we have rented. The additional showers in the lower level and the extra hoses made it a breeze to eliminate sand in the house.

Recent beach getaway
Great house and location. Well-appointed for a family stay. Appreciated the under-house shower space for easy cleanup. Beach was a 5-minute walk with wonderful wildlife viewing nearby. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful vacation destination
My husband and I, our 21 year old daughter and her best friend loved the house, the beach, the private gated community and the nearby village for groceries and more. The tree covered roads with live oaks, dripping with Spanish moss are gorgeous. Loved the wildlife, bird sanctuary feel to the island. We got a bonus with the full moon/ blood moon during our week. We were very pleased with the ease in booking and making payment. Enjoyed the Explorie option of rent one bike, get one free.
The communication with Costal Getaways staff, and property manager were excellent. Response time to a repair issue was prompt and professional. We loved our visit and highly recommend Seabrook and working with Coastal Getaways.

Nice Place!
Except for some dead bugs, a very nice place. It does need some maintenance (ceiling stains, drywall repairs) and a few of the appliances were not up to par (coffee maker, toaster). Overall, a very nice visit,

Love Seabrook and North Beach area!
After years of summer vacations all along the SC coast, my travel group (3 adults, 1 5 year old) has decided that Seabrook is our favorite. And we love the North Beach area within Seabrook. This house was the perfect size for us. It was nicely decorated and well maintained. We especially loved the big screened porch with several comfortable seating options. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and really appreciated the things provided that we've had to purchase in the past, some left by previous renters and some provided by the owner and management company. The location is great too! There is enough of an ocean view and the proximity to the nice board walk out to the beach is a real plus. The shower provided on the board walk is terrific for leaving most of the sand behind rather than bringing it into the house although this house also had ample faucets and hoses in convenient locations to get the sand off before going in. I would also like to say that the management company was fantastic both in written and in-person communication. Everything went very smoothly which contributed to our great week. There are only two criticisms I have of this house. There are no beach chairs provided which we've had in other locations. But this is minor complaint and we were able to rent beach chairs at a reasonble price. But my last issue may be the deal breaker for us in terms of renting this house again - no amenity cards that give you access to the pools. Our young one loves the ocean but in our second week in a different house at Seabrook which offered amenity cards, we found the pool option really valuable. We also liked the access to the restaurant at the Beach Club. If this issue could be resolved, we would absolutely be repeat renters for this house. But if it's not an issue for you, then I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful location
The home is older as previous reviews stated but functional. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I would recommend for the owners to have available a toddler bed rail for the twin bed room. Would also recommend adding more board games or hard games to play on rainy days. They provided basics (laundry detergent, dish soap, TP) which was great. The two private warm showers under the home were much appreciated to clean off after the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys in the storage under the home. Also a garden plastic wheel barrel. The layout is great. The kitchen had the essentials. We had a wonderful time and really loved the private beach. The landscaping is beautiful. Distant beach view but still beautiful.

Great Location!
This was our first trip to the island, so I had no idea what a good location would be...this was it! The pool was a nice extra. I realized how nice it would've been to have access to the Seabrook Island pool/workout/restaurants. There aren't a lot of restaurants on island, so you'll be making lots of trips to the grocery store which has very long lines at checkout. Kitchen was well stocked. Master bed could use a pillow topper as it was quite firm. We appreciated the beach chairs. A couple bikes would've been awesome! Thank you for a wonderful vacation on Kiawah at the prettiest east coach beach we've ever visited.

Absolute paradise!
We loved the location of this property. It was a short walk to the beach and we could hear the ocean and birds on the screened in porch. The property was well stocked with essentials. However, it was a bit dated and some of the items need replacement (moldy shower curtain, for example). Overall we recommend it!

Great location
The house was clean, spacious and attractively decorated. It is located near a walkway to the beach and to the Lake House pool. There was a minor infestation of ants in one room, but the management company was very responsive and I’m sure that will not be a problem going forward. We would return.

Very Pleasant Stay
We stayed at this property for two weeks with our children, aged 11 and 9. We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was terrific - just a few minutes from the beach on foot. The property was spacious and bright, with great views. It was also a very quit neighborhood - great for a relaxing vacation.
Any issues were very minor and were handled quickly - the management company was very easy to deal with.
We would stay at this property again and would recommend to our friends and family.

Great location, great house
The house was great for our stay with our 3 year old and close family. Perfect for 2 couples and up to 2 kids. Open layout with enough space. The outdoor screened in porch was amazing! Grill was great as well. Right on the boardwalk to the beach. We had a great time and would return to the same house.

Great location
We had a wonderful first trip to Seabrook, despite the sweltering heat! Wonderful and spacious property, had every amenity, and my kids loved playing on the beach and chasing lizards. The refrigerator stopped working one afternoon, and the management company brought out a brand new one for us! It was a wonderful trip

Much more than photos reflect
Loved this location, it is a private cul de sac and while their is island beach access we found it to still be mostly private for the long weekend. The views while are distant to the ocean due to the dunes and marsh land make it even even more beautiful. The deck and screened in porch make for perfect entertaining area for beautiful weather or plenty of space inside open airy living room / dinning and kitchen. We found that this was the best equipped home we have ever rented through VRBO/HomeAway/ARBNB in more than 10 years of renting vacation homes for our family. For the first time ever I didn’t need most of the kitchen stuff I packed. It was perfect!
Wildlife, nature trails and the mostly vacant beach made this long family getaway perfect for our adult children and ourselves.
There is a small Harris Teeter, Sporting Good’s store, boutiques and more within a short distance for those wanting to shop without going into Charleston.
We feel this area and home really has everything you need to make everyone happy. Who knew that was possible.
Comfortable beds, seating, bathrooms and kitchen could have granite but other than that we felt much like we were at home.
We will certainly consider for the future!

Nice place, good beach. Safe community. Propane for grill was empty and the only issue, but a big deal.
