2011 Marsh Walk boasts all new, stylish organic modern interiors with a balanced mix of modern lines and crisp surfaces contrasted with natural forms and a neutral palette. The unit is decorated with a heavy emphasis on soft, organic, sustainable and reclaimed materials that are harmonious with nature and designed to encourage a getaway mindset. Upgrades include custom furniture made from pine, iroko and mango woods, new luxury vinyl flooring, quality WiFi, a large SMART TV for your entertainment and a fully-equipped kitchen with all new cookware and utensils. The villa offers a washer/dryer for in house laundry convenience.

The bedrooms offer a night of luxury with new beds, fresh natural, organic linens and all the comforts of home. Bedroom 1 is beautifully appointed with a ceiling fan to keep the fresh ocean air circulating, a streaming TV and a full, private bath with a queen bed. The same theme carries through to bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan and a full bath with tub/shower conveniently located just outside in the hallway.

The screened in porch is one of the best! It overlooks the marsh and offers a tranquil, relaxing place to gather and take in the scenic views. Your villa has covered parking too. The covered parking area beneath the villa is close to an elevator, so convenient for taking up groceries, etc.

Marsh Walk Villas Seabrook are located at the front of the island near the Racquet Club and Lake House with a community pool for guests. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Community Pool for Marsh Walk Villas. Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach access is located just a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride away.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this villa.

Parking: Covered parking. Maximum number of vehicles is 2. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
