We absolutely loved this property. The location on the beach was ideal and the view was beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything you could ever hope for to cook and the beds were very comfortable. If we came back, we would definitely seek out this same home.

Beautiful home and location

This beach house is wonderful for friends and family. Morning coffee on the upper deck with the ocean view was a great way to start the day. Lots of room and lovely decor.

Loved the house and the location!

After years of summer vacations along the SC coast, my group has decided that Seabrook is our absolute favorite. And after 3 years on Rolling Dune, we love this particular area of Seabrook. The location is perfect and the house was great with lots of room to spread out. It had everything we needed. The amenity card was a big plus as the 5 year old loves the beach but really enjoys a pool too. The amenity card gave us options. I also have to say that the management company was terrific - easy to work with and great at communications both before and during our trip. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful trip

We have visited Seabrook every year for the past 5 years and this place ranks at the top of the list for value and proximity to the beach. The top balcony has an amazing ocean view.

Adult Getaway

The house was very enjoyable. The location to the beach, the view of the ocean, and the proximity to the dolphin feeding makes this an ideal property. We did not do much cooking, but the house was well stocked kitchen tools and the updated were great as well. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of space to relax. There were no complaints from anyone in our group. I would highly recommend this property and would consider staying there again.

Perfect Week

This past week was truly one to remember. The location is amazing and the house was perfect. Just steps from the beach, clean, great views. The people on the island were incredibly friendly. We saw dolphins, deer, and even an alligator on the beach. We travel often with another family and the house was perfect for our 4 adults and 4 teenage kids. We really could not have asked for a more perfect spot. We are already talking about coming back!

Lovely, comfortable home.

We were very pleased with this home and our stay on Seabrook Island. The location of the home allowed for easy access to the beach and the deck off the living room had lovely water views. We appreciated the beach chairs and toys and the wagon to easily get them to the beach. The beach is very natural and beautiful. We walked up to see the dolphins swimming very close to the shore at the inlet. Definitely a very cool thing to do. We thought we would use the amenity cards but had such a nice time relaxing on the beach and having dinners on the deck that we didn’t use them much. Overall a very comfortable, clean and well kept home and a lovely location.

Great House

We loved this house. A lot of thought has gone into furnishing and stocking everything you could need, we appreciated all the small touches. We had two small children and everything was very safe and up to date, the decks railings were very close together and safe. Great location right next to beach path.

A perfect place to relax

We came here with our family of 5 to relax, unwind and see a different area of the coast. The house was perfect for us - the kids had the downstairs, the adult area and the main living area upstairs. The house is tastefully furnished and has so much great sunlight! The beach was so uncrowded compared to what we are used to. The house was extremely convenient all around - beach equipment provided, right next to the boardwalk, amenity card provided. We enjoyed going to the beach multiple times per day and sitting on our balcony taking in the view. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home, superb beach, peaceful island

We, a family of six, have truly enjoyed our week vacation at this beautiful house. The floorpan worked perfectly for us. Especially the spacious den as a hangout for the children was nice additional space you don't expect to have. The home is very well maintained and cared for. The decor and color scheme beachy, but elegant, what we truly enjoyed. It is obvious that the owners put significant effort into the home to maintain and keep it up (new windows, new AC units and more). We truly appreciated the well equipped shed with all kinds of beach toys. The two amenity cards were well used by our family. We rented bikes and used the two pools almost daily after a day at the world-class beach or a day in beautiful Charleston. The location of the home can't be better. It is only a short walk right from the doorsteps to the beach. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.
