Welcoming. recently refurbished to a high standard. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms with excellent in-house dining and leisure facilities. Convenient for the city. Good for the price. Highly recommended.
Plenty of parking spaces in November. Great staff on reception - so accommodating and helpful. Updated room was really nice compared to last visit. Only 3.8 stars for breakfast and 3.5 for dinner which was shunted from the dinning room to the bar. It was low season which I totally understand but disappointing nevertheless. Due to the location of the hotel it's well positioned for my twice a year visit to Inverness. The room revamps are great but reception apart, the ground floor amenities in terms of food, beverage and the small lifts are a tad disappointing for this occasional visitor.
Clean comfortable room Great choice at buffet breakfast Helpful staff, Olga at reception Attentive cleaners- left a bag with fresh towels/water/biscuits/toiletries when we had do not disturb sign on door Close to town centre Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night but was dealt with quickly and we received a written apology for the inconvenience first thing in the morning Spa and gym access very relaxing Overall a great stay for myself and partner
Overall the hotels exterior isn't great, it's basic and quite old looking. The interior however is lovely. Very nice place inside. Small rooms, but pleasant with nice decor. Staff pleasant but cleaning and maintenance issues let us down quite a bit! 1) Alerted staff that bathroom spotlight/down lighter bulb was blown (above mirror). This was never fixed, even though we was told it would be. 2) ITISON charged me £109 for our 2-night deal, and then Jury's Inn Inverness also charged me £109 as well - so I was charged twice. Refund was done by Jury's but is still very inconvenient and far from ideal! 3) When cleaner cleaned our room, she replenished only one set of towels, but there was two of us in the room - surely she noticed she took out two large bath towels? We only got one back.... My partner came out the shower to find no towel for her (and no, they were not in the wardrobe). We had to get more towels sent up from reception. 4) The dust build up on the skirting boards behind the arm chair in the room was unbelievable. It was so so thick that I felt a little sick. Room 319. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel is nice. If it wasn't for these issues, that would all be very easy to fix, then we would have rated it much more highly!!!! I really hope the management take on board these comments.
Excellent stay. Jurys staff as brilliant as always. They made sure we were very happy and relaxed. They carried out their tasks with lovely smiles and made us feel very special. The hotel is well situated for getting in to town (a bus service just across the road).
Friendly staff, comfy clean rooms only 5 mins in a taxi from city centre. Breakfast was nice (except the sausages) and the leisure facilities were also good. Great location for both couples and families.
Lovely hotel staff were friendly and informative room was spotless and peaceful at night i would highly recommend close to all amenities also lovely spa and gym and swimming pool all immaculately clean
We stayed at this hotel last week for a couple of nights and we were very impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of all the staff. My travelling companion who has autism was sick in his room and within minutes of him phoning reception two of the staff(Ian and Emily)came to the room and cleaned the bathroom and replaced the shower curtain. They are both a credit to the hotel. The restaurant provide a great buffet breakfast and I thoroughly recommend guests to dine there and the bar staff were great. The gym, pool and steam room were excellent and I will use them again if I am back at this hotel.Well done to all the staff!
We stopped here for one night with friends. We arrived late and everyone was really helpful, and even organised a meal, just as the restaurant was closing. Very friendly staff, and all in all a great stay. The lifts are quite funny, as they are very small, and when someone is inside you can route them back down by pressing the ground floor button, not an issue but our friends were stuck for quite a while...
Stayed here with my Sons during a three day driving holiday in the Highlands (we're from Aberdeen area). The hotel is roomy, clean and has pleasant and attentive staff. We breakfasted at the Hotel, but went into town to eat, which is an easy 15 minute walk. Most of the guests appeared to be Tourists, and the hotel semms to generally be fairl full.
