I read the review but decided it couldn't be that bad .... I was soooo right. The did get one meal slightly wrong but they could not have done enough to make it right. For was great. All of us were delighted with to quality especially as there was a bus tour in just as we arrived. Lizzie, a new waitress was absolutely fantastic. Couldn't have been more helpful .... I have booked again for the week later. I live in Aberdeen and this has been the easiest to get us all in and comfortable... the most value for money and to top it all bloody good food
Can't comment on a stay in this hotel but having used the leisure facilities for my sons swimming lessons and the restaurant area, I can comment g on the cleanliness and friendliness. The pool changing area anc pool itself are both so clean and pool reception staff are eager to help.

A very enjoyable overnight stay prior to joining a coach tour. The hotel was clean and comfortable and there was no problem at all catering for my dairy free dietary requirements. A very pleasant overall experience and I would certainty stay here again
I stayed here previously before it became Jury's Inn and its like night and day. The hotel has had a major refurb. It is nice and modern feeling but cosy at the same time. All the staff I came into contact with were great, perhaps a few more checkin staff on a busy Friday afternoon might be a good idea???? Anyway the room was comfortable and well presented and I had a very decent breakfast. I would recommend to family and friends and will be back myself in two weeks time. I look forward to it.
First impression was good, receptionist staff were very good and friendly. The room had a double and a single bed and was very clean , the bathroom has a bath with a shower, all clean. The only downside of this hotel is the price of the food in the restaurant, a bit overpriced and the wine was a bit expensive too. Apart from this the Hotel is good and I had a good nights sleep.
Very nice place for a short stay. The staff are friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Toiletries provided ok. The room was small and very claustrophobic. Breakfast was good. Location was a good walk into town.
The breakfast was appalling, never at any time during the four days was the breakfast service complete. There was no excuse for this as there were enough staff to keep everything well serviced. They need a manager, there was a suit there every morning but aimless wandering is not managing.
Nice and friendly staff, good management, counter staff give our baby a nessie chocolate which made him very happy and laughs a lot. The restaurant food were good but restaurant staff were not very professional (maybe they are too busy or part-time). Made the wrong order for one of our meal and then forgot what we just told him to take away the meal... but it was fine. They are nice.
a hotel site at the A9/A96 transition is great, especially for a morning airport flight. The hotel is very clean and tidy, they serve food and have a small bar , and the front desk staff was enthusiastic and very helpful.
