Stayed one night comfortable, clean room. Found the staff pleasant. Help yourself breakfast lots of choice OK. Good free parking. Easy to find from airport. Close to city centre and hospital. Bit over priced.

Nice smart, clean & spacious room where my only complaint is the shower for those under 6feet. The bar provided a nice beef bourguignon but the staff could have pointed out that sides needed ordering separately (if have ordered one; surely these guys want to make money!?), a cold (warm in places) crumble and the waiter knocked my drink over and never returned with its promised replacement nor did he return to tidy his mess. Unfortunately a bus load of tourist turned up and I gave up queuing to speak to staff. Next time I'm here I'll book a room and be less lazy, popping in to town for food

Jury's Inn is located close to the CBD and offers a great location from which to venture out to the city and surrounding areas. It is quiet at night and allows for a good night's rest. The staff are extremely helpful and good natured

The hotel has been refurbished and is comfortable. Rooms are small but adequate. Car parking is free and ample. As for the staff... poor, either not interested or there is a significant management issue here. On checking in I was asked if I wanted breakfast for £10. I asked if there a continental only option. I was told by the receptionist that she wasn't up to date with prices and it was probably £5. I had to check in the morning. The following morning I asked the guy at breakfast what the options were for breakfast. His response was "What do you mean? It's £10.95 if you didn't book at reception". I left and went to the Premier Inn where it's either £8.99 or £6.99 continental. I'd eaten there before, the quality is better as are the staff. As for the bar... the lack of hospitable service continued. The first night in the bar I could run a tab and pay for drinks and food at the end. On the second visit I had to pay as I went and was told they don't run tabs. On the first evening the barman was Owen, not friendly, but efficient. On the second occasion it was David who clearly does not want to be there, is just miserable and couldn't break into a smile with anyone. The hotel has potential. The staff make it or break it. In my experience they are very poor, lacking a service ethic and personality. This is even more interesting as the "attitude" goes against any other establishments in Inverness. For accommodation it's OK. As for breakfast, go to the Premier Inn down the road and actually go there for a drink or dinner. Or stay there! Whoever runs this hotel is either the cause of the staff issues or is not interested themselves. This hotel needs sorting out.

I stayed one evening here while in Inverness. Very convenient location! check-in took awhile... there was a crowd & seems very unorganized. The room was nice, spaceous-- love the bed! The bar/lounge is a great place to hangout, snacks & people watching. Menu's great. The breakfast was good too. Large selection of hot & cold foods. The staff was very helpful.

We stayed at Jruy's Inn, Milburn Rd Inverness in June. The room was quite good, although the TV only provided for Scottish channels, but as concerned the breakfast, it was rather poor. English breakfast was taken care off very well but European bread such as croissants, bread rolls etc. were often not available. The breakfast room was not spot on. Compared to other hotels of this extensive hotel chain, this was certainly not their "showpiece".

The room was comfortable and had a recently refurbished modern décor. The gentle lightings in the room provide a soothing atmosphere for relaxing and sleeping. The room temperature was perfect. The room had a large screen TV and a power outlet at the bedside, conveniently for charging phones. There was a desk with a comfy chair. There were plenty of spaces for parking.

Hotel was clean and welcoming during our stop over for hospital appointment inverness local too city centre for shopping a lovely stay every time we stayed there nothing was too much trouble for staff service was outstanding and really cant fault it

Fairly reasonable stay - nice leisure facilities with sauna and steam room and a nice pool. Room is fine nothing special. Slightly annoying during our trip was the fire alarm going off at about four in the morning and the hotel being evacuated can't really hold the hotel responsible for this but it did slightly ruin our stay.

This was an enjoyable and pleasent place to stay. We enjoyed it very much. Generally it was good but the pool was a little small and not well observed. It ws within walking distance of the city and a good base from which to visit other places/.
