Wonderful room newly decorated. Such a cozzie bed slept like a log, can't fault my stay hear the staff were so friendly and nice. Would definitely stay hear again but maybe at a cheeper time of the year.

a very pleasant place to stay, very well placed for whatever direction you are travelling in. Comfortable, warm, good staff, close to the City centre with connecting regular bus service from the stop close to the hotel.

We booked this location last minute after moving from a previous awful hotel. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and modern with comfy beds. Food in both restaurant and room service is very tasty. Only downside is location being far from the downtown area however it's close to the major highways which makes out of town trips easy.

Formely the Mercure this popular newish hotel is part of the Hilton group and bar and restuarent prices reflect the chance to deal with a captive market Rooms are small but beds big and comfortable all is fresh decore, the TV is huge but the Bathroom small if just adequate with lots of hot water but a step required to use the in bath shower with clingy fabric curtain ala psycho. There is no toilet brush which is a frequent finding nowadays although I do not think the need for one less Its popular with tour groups and partys so a quite night s sleep is not gaurenteed particularly as it is sighted in close proximity to the main railways line and dual cairrageway. There is and excellent pool of 15M x 4 M X 1.35M sauna, jacussi and very well appointed gym refurbished in dec 2016. Staff appeared to work very hard yet despite that stuggled with both dinner and breakfast service, meals came late out of sequence and mistaken, there was little fresh option at breakfast and the buffet was replaced only after a glacial wait

Was up in Inverness for an overnight stay and of course shopping. The hotel is on the main raod a few bus stops from the bus station in Inverness. It was such a lovely day so we walked it in 30mins. First of all thank you to Jordan and Andy at the Leisure and spa. Very helpful polite young men and the pool and changing areas were spotless and decor lovely. At the reception Emily took care of our needs and we were soon in our room. Faultless. Everything just as it should be. Breakfast was a lovely surprise thanks to James the chef and their new menu. As I don't eat meat it was lovely to see the usual breakfast but at Jury's they have gone the extra mile. Individual mini bottles of smoothies to drink with a straw. Small kilner jars with fresh fruit and also other with yougurt. Fruit was also available fresh and delicious. I noticed gluten frre cornflakes and bread very thoughtful. The layout was very appetising also. A wide variety of breads ,crumpets, croisants and real toasters instead of the revoling diasaster .....pale or burnt toast. The cooked breakfast my husband ate was his best ever and had to tell James how perfect his eggs were. Thank you to all the staff at Jurys for making our stay so special.

Stayed for 2 nights in this fabulous hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Food was absolutely amazing, room was of great décor and extremely clean. Very convenient location, would definitely recommend a visit and will stay there next time we are in Inverness.

Convenient location and good facitilies. However poor cleaning of the room. Also a poor breakfast, few selection, some food was in not really well condition and only leftovers if you arrive in last half hour to take breakfast. I expected a little more for the price paid

The hotel is located just off the highway which makes its really easy to get to by car but means you spend all night listening to cars drive past. There is a really large car park and supermarkets are nearby. Also really close to a shopping centre and petrol station. The breakfast is a standard buffet with a great selection of hot food (no pancakes though) but if you don't like hot food for breakfast then its only some cereal and toast. The restaurant is generally good but my nachos were served cold and I had to send them back to actually be cooked. A little pricey for a hotel dinner though. The rooms are small with not much space for luggage. Everything is really clean, including the bathroom. The bed is standard with two pillows provided, however we were disappointed that they did not give us twin beds despite our booking request. The window barely opened and there wasn't much air flow. There is no safe or fridge. The phone also took up most of one of the bed side tables. There are tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom is a great size. The shower is a shower/bath with a really low shower head so you may struggle if you're tall. They took our towels on one of the days and didn't replace them. When asked the reception staff brought some straight up but its still disappointing for a large hotel. The lifts are really small so its awkward to get two people and two suitcases in. But otherwisr its great. The reception staff are great and can help you with almost anything you could need. The bar staff are also great! The hotel is really friendly and we would definitely stay here again!

Very good service rooms clean staff friendly and helpful beds was very comfortable. Meals and drinks a bit pricey but that's normal for hotel.good location for buses as there's a bus stop outside on main road good location with shops within a ten minute walk.

Spent 1 night on business, comfortable bed and lovely reception staff. I only had an evening meal and was less than impressed, burnt chicken burger. The bar service was not great and they managed to serve up 1 pint of flat Guinness and 1 pint of cloudy Stella. not apologetic when it was returned. So I would stay at the hotel again if I had to but wouldn't eat or drink there.
