Jurys Inn Inverness3.0 out of 5.0

Set on outskirts of Inverness. Check in was fine with an element of selling on in house dining. Room was very clean and of good standard. It did get cold in the night and heating did not kick in. As always, and no fault of the hotel perhaps, morons smoking inside hotel and constant door banging by white van man make for an uncomfortable stay. Breakfast was £11.95. Not best value ever.
Do not recommend for tourists. Asked for best room available and had a view of a roof. Bath plug that leaked so could not have a bath, toilet flush needed several pushes to work. 20 minute walk into the centre of town along an extremely busy road. Very disappointed as paid a good rate and well in advance.
My wife and I spent a night in this hotel on the first night of our Highland holiday The room was very clean and comfortable We used the complimentary swimming pool and spa which were good The food in the restaurant was tasty. The guy working behind the bar was friendly but appeared untrained as he made several fundamental mistakes We would definitely stay here again if staying in Inverness
Stayed here for work - first time in a Jury's Inn - happy stay and will be back - Inverness is really lovely - friendly staff - clean rooms - bar food good oh ! Good atmosphere- self service breakfast with pretty much all you need and want. I have the braised chilli beef - very nice and filling. Happy days
I stay here often, this is a great hotel on the outskirts of Inverness, Perfect for a short stay or Business trip, the rooms are clean, the evening meal menu is good and of reasonable value. Breakfast & dining areas are spacious, and clean. The staff throughout are polite and professional.
Extremely clean and tidy hotel with cheerful and helpful staff. Great customer service and pleasant surroundings Both the evening meal in the Bar and breakfast were were enjoyable. Overall a lovely experience.
Good option if you have a early flight out of Inverness airport, they will provide a wake-up call and check-out is quick and easy. Hotel is located beside a busy road, ear plugs is recommended. TV are new with USB capability. Room is very small but serve the purpose for a short stay. I would say the Jury's Inn is similar to Best Westin hote chain. Note the score below is base on north american standards.
Had to go to inverness as a family member was in hospital it cost £335 for 2 nights and breakfast was not even included which I feel is unreasonable when comparing to other hotels costing that amount of money.
I booked a room with a Superior Package. The Superior Package never kicked-in. The room window did not fit, so left a gap at the bottom, it didn't open either. The bathroom sink had been badly cracked and repaired with mastic. The sink and toilet did not clear quickly and seemed to be heading for blockage. The room was next to the lift, so noisy during the night. I could get a room for half the price charged, on a Saturday night, in Aberdeen. For £200.00, I expected a lot better.
Only problem we had was being evacuated at 6.10am in the morning when the fire alarm went off. Was having a great sleep until that happened. Couldn't go back asleep when we returned to our room, so just went & got breakfast & checked out. Couldn't fault our stay in any other way, the bed was soo comfortable, pity we didn't get to sleep in it longer. I definitely would stay again without hesitation.
