Room was clean, comfortable and stylish. Location is perfect. The only disappointing and minor part of our stay was the room service. Food was underwhelming and service was a bit lacking. Otherwise I would happily stay here again.

beautiful spot on the river. helpful staff

Easy access to shops, pubs, etc in center of town. Just between 2 pedestrian bridges over the river. Very nice staff. Our room was very comfy & quiet

a huge letdown

Location and the restaurant are all this hotel has to offer. I CANNOT believe I paid $232 for the room I had. It was disgusting. The carpet was so old and dirty. The bathroom had fixtures from the 1980's that were equally gross. The sink had two faucets about 6 inches apart offering scalding hot and freezing cold water. The towels offered were well worn. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets had black spots. I actually slept fully clothed on top of the bed. The room overlooked the roof and parking lot. It was very, very tiny and hugely overpriced. For what I paid, I should have had a view of the river, a bigger bed, cleaner floors, better facilities, and a nicer front desk staff that was actually interested in answering my questions. I'll never stay there again nor recommend this location to anyone.
