Perfect cozy cabin for my husband, our two pups, and I. Very clean, quiet, and well stocked with essentials. The beachfront view was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved spending mornings with coffee, lunches, and evening walks along the cobblestone beach. We highly recommend this stay and can’t wait to come back.

We loved staying in this cozy cabin on Lake Superior. We spent a lot of time looking out at the lake from inside and outside of the cabin. It’s a beautiful location. The cabin was perfect for the two of us and our dogs. We would definitely return.

Perfect little cabin! Very clean and dog friendly! We stayed there four nights, and we’ll definitely be coming back! We actually met one of the property owners during our stay.. very friendly and very accommodating! And the views.. I can’t say enough about the beautiful views! Right on Lake Superior.. Amazing sunrises! Bonfire’s on the beach! It was kinda nice to disconnect from the every day TV’s and WiFi!

Great experience. Property is exactly as advertised. Exceptional location, right on the water. Close proximity to spectacular trails and waterfalls. A cute bakery and coffee shop just a couple of blocks away. I was a solo traveler on this trip, it was perfect for me!

Early Season getaway

A touch cool but we expected that. Close to many parks and walking and hiking paths. Great small cabin with all the basics. We relaxed so much that we rarely left over the course of our 3 night stay. The firm bed made me a touch restless but with any home away from home there are always a few adjustments.

Soothing

We loved the cabin. It was small, modest, but thoughtfully maintained, comfortable, and close to the water. We enjoyed hikes, ebike ride, and delicious meals both out and in. We prob could have used one more night, we stayed 3 nights. Schroeder is a very convenient location for up and down the shore.

It's Still a Little Slice of Heaven

This was our third visit to this cabin on the water. We could not love this place more. This year we had a new bed and deck which made our stay even more comfortable. We would love to see a blow dryer so we don't have to bring one along. It would be nice to have a few more knives in the kitchen. We cooked the entire time we were there. Tofte General Store has fresh trout and white fish that was delicious. You won't regret staying here. Thank you for sharing this home. See you next year.

I love this cabin and will keep coming back

This is my second time here and the minute I arrived from my 11 hour drive, my heart soared. It felt as if I was finally home. It is the most peaceful, serene and beautiful cabin. The cabin does not feel small at all due to the wall of windows that open wide to the panoramic view and sound of the water and the gentle breeze. I am especially glad there isn't WiFi or a TV. I can always use my cell service as a hotspot but I preferred to be disconnected from the world. I felt so much more at peace and reflective. I'm so grateful to my hosts who allow me to have my dogs and I was especially cognizant of this privilege by wiping their paws, and covering the chairs and bed. I don't know what I would do traveling without them. The cabin is very clean and very comfortable. All I can say is that it is perfect. Barb and Mike are so very kind and responsive.

Peaceful Place

A week on the North Shore to bask in the beauty of God’s spectacular creation and celebrate a birthday. Superior Reflections 2 provided the perfect peaceful place to do so. The owners are attentive to the small details and respond quickly to any inquiry. This was our second stay here. We are looking forward to the next.

I rented this vrbo as a thank you for flying in from CO to watch my dog while I went on a bucket list vacation. She had an amazing time with Buddy our dog. She told me it was a slice of heaven and recommended I rent the property for myself as soon as possible!!
