Great stay
We really enjoyed this cute hotel. Room was cute clean and great view of Superior. Only complaint is the shower head needed to be fixed it was spraying water everywhere so little pressure to shower and the tub was slippery. Breakfast is coffee/tea and some muffins/bars so if you want a good brekfast you will have to bring it or go out to eat. We will definitely be back to keep exploring the waterfalls.

This was an excellent place to stay for us as we were hiking Eagle Mountain and Cascade River state park. Both were easy to get to from this hotel. I loved the knotty pine in the room and the view of Lake Superior was fabulous. We had a small balcony to sit on and relax. The room itself is small, but all we needed. The beds were super comfy and the room spotless. Our check in was effortless and the two young ladies at the front desk were great and had fun personalities. We will definitely stay there again when hiking on the North Shore. H

Great views of Lake Superior from room. You could hear the waves crashing. They were having issues with the TV when we stayed so limited channels. The fridge in our room didn’t work and the water pressure in shower wasn’t the greatest, but for the price we didn’t mind.

This location was great for my little north shore getaway with my daughter! It was the perfect midpoint and absolutely loved how it was right on Lake Superior! Hearing the waves crash is amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Clean rooms as well and the shower water was hot! Would stay again!

Basic accommodations. I have long been curious about Cliff Dweller since I have stayed at Lutsen Resort for over 30 years. Good for what this solo traveler needed. Nice being on the edge of the big lake. I would stay here again but not with my family.

Not bad if you wantca view and nothing else.
Great view! Only 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper. No breakfast to speak of. Road was really close so the noise was there. The room was okay. Bed wasn't horrible but kinda hard. There's no a/c, and shower is making a screaming noise, and the vent in the bathroom was broken.
