Great location for our weekend trip to Portland. Emily went out of her way to accommodate a request for me! Beyond clean rooms with a lot more space in standard rooms than most hotels. I understand the concept of this hotel but I was shocked to see you had to pay for hand soap and that an iron or hair dryer wasn’t in the room. Other than that, this place did not disappoint a still a great value for the price! My wife and I would stay here again next time we visit the Portland area!

There is no one on the property, all check in was via AI. The kitchen equipment was adequate for a several day stay. I was booking for a single night for work in Portland. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable.

Pros:The rooms were immaculate! Full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes , utensils etc! Nice livingroom area. Cons: it's contactless but thankfully there was someone at the desk. We got our key cards but they didn't work so luckily she could fix them. I never got the email the last night with directions to check out as promised. But we figured it out.

This room was very nice for the price. It’s set up like a mini condo with a living room area, stove and near full-size refrigerator in the kitchen area and plenty of storage. It also has a large window in the bedroom area. The bed was also pretty comfortable. All in all it is definitely a great value in a great area with many shopping and dinning options. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean, could not find a coffee maker in building...seemed strange for extended stay. Biggest issue is the "key". Electronic key system was very unreliable and we were locked out for a period of time. Very disappointing

As I’ve stayed in many hotels in the area, this one is by far the cleanest quietest, and best location, and the staff has been extremely helpful. As long as the clientele doesn’t decline, this is an excellent place to stay.
