We stayed 3 nights here. Our room could have been cleaned better. There were spill stains on the floor, Cheetos in the ac unit and hairs in the bathroom floor. Our first night was terrible. The walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbors on all sides, including above us. The first night I was awoken multiple times throughout the night due to hearing the neighbors’ tvs, moving furniture and doing other things. I wanted to leave and get a different room somewhere else, but didn’t due to time constraint issues and traveling alone with 2 young children. Staff did seem nice any time we encountered them.

I stayed at the new Liv Away hotel the last two nights...the room was very nice and everything looked brand new...there was a nice efficiency kitchen so I got take out...there were no paper towels so i had to use a face cloth as a napkin...went to bed and was woken at 4 a.m by the person stomping around in the room above me...they probably need carpet on the floors...heard every move that was made and doors slamming...got up and took shower and no hot water...said something on way out and they said they had someone workikg on it...was out for the day and came back and there was no TV..called front desk and no one answered phone....went downstairs and person at front desk said cable was out and someone was working on it...never got it back...asked about hot water and they said that it had to be addressed room by room and she didn't know if my room was fixed....went and checked and it wasn't...was too lazy to pack up and move...went to bed to be woken again and this time by something knocking in the walls...no clue what it was but went down and said I needed a new room...i didn't move out of mine as it was middle of night but went to a different room to sleep. Got up in the a.m and checked their water and it was cold too so went back to my old room and took cold shower and packed up and left

Upon arrival at this hotel, we were shocked to find out that our paid reservation had been cancelled without any prior warning or explanation. We arrived late in the evening, tired from traveling, only to be told that the hotel is overbooked. To make things worse, there were several other guests at the front desk dealing with the exact same issue. The staff offered no real help or apology, just shrugged and left us stranded. This was by far one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful to paying customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I would give zero stars if I could!!

Hey, I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone! I booked it one week in advance and paid everything, but on the day I was supposed to check in, they called and said too many people came and booked the whole hotel. They canceled everyone’s reservations for the weekend! I asked what they could do to help since we were already on our way, but they said there was nothing they could do. Oh my God, it was a horrible experience — they didn’t even care. Please only book this hotel if you have absolutely no other option in the area. This was crazy!

There was no hot water in the shower --- tried multiple times, let the water run for minutes, and it never even warmed up. Bafflingly, there was hot water to the sinks. Staff seemed completely unfazed when I reported this, as if this were a normal thing hotel guests should expect.

We made a reservation but when we arrived at 11pm we were told that cleaning staff didn't so up an so there were no available rooms. Which is fine, things happen but we arrived at 11pm which meant the staff had plenty of time to notify us and we could have made other arrangements. We didn't receive any heads up that they were canceling our reservations and only notified once we arrived. This happened to a number of customers. It was frustrating finding another hotel so late at night. The staff also told us they would cancel the reservation and issue us a refund, which they did not. I had to contact hotels.com and ensure that we were refunded. Once again I understand issues happen but the staff could have been more proactive and understanding compared to the carefree response we were given. The staff acted like it was a bigger issue that they had to deal with customers who had their reservations canceled compared to the customers who were arriving late at night and had to scramble to find other accommodations.

Though the staff of this place is overworked and their hands are tied, they did a great job. However, no cookware for the cooktop (front desk has some to buy! Not rent, buy!), no cleaning of the room during our stay (3 staff members seem to have to do all the jobs: front desk, maintenance, and cleaning!), shower was lukewarm (upon inquiry, front desk stated that it is the management decision that the shower water remain low), couldn’t get a second ice bucket (again management decision). While we were there, the second night (a Friday night), as we returned from our day around 8pm, the lobby was full of people. We asked around and found that all of those folks had reservations, and were told that their room wasn’t available because none of the rooms had been cleaned. This is a new company, not affiliated with any chain. My guess is that they are trying a new strategy and their main concern is not customer satisfaction, but approval by their investors. My wife and I are now calling this chain “the Spirit Airlines of the hotel industry!”

We showed up at 430 to check in. The two people at the desk looked up my reservation and found it. They said we couldn’t check in because the king rooms were not ready yet and needed to be cleaned. They said about a half an hour or so. We had dinner plans and said we would be back later at night. Both associates said that was fine and one person said he would be there all night. We came back around midnight and there was a sign on the manual check in terminal stating check in isn’t available. There were no associates in the hotel. We called the number from the vestibule and we were in the phone with another associate who stated they cancelled my reservation due to over booking and rooms not being clean. We had no place to go last night. I finally got a hotel that I had to pay 400$ for at 130 in the morning. The associate took my info and said a manger would call me this am on the 4th. Which nobody has called me, was never notified of the cancellation through email or a phone call. I have called the main suites multiple times today to be told there was no manager today or they are not sure because they just got in for a shift at 8pm. I called all afternoon and the phone just rings and rings. Two people I spoke to today kept saying a manager will be here later. Don’t stay here!
