Lucky Savannah = Three-ring Circus
Be careful renting from Lucky Savannah. Easily the worst property rental company I've encountered.
Strike 1 - When we arrived we walked in to razor blades on the floor, fast food wrappers on the ground and table, furniture pushed to the center of the room, and music playing. The property was being painted. Obviously a mistake and lack of communication but not the end of the world. I called Lucky Savannah and spoke to an agent. She told me she would find us another property and call me back.
Strike 2 - Understanding the agent had to find us a property, I fully understand why it took a bit to call us back. We were sent to a house in a different section of town. When we walked in the place wasn’t cleaned! They offered to send a cleaning crew but by this time it was now almost 9am, dark, and way past my young child’s bedtime.
Strike 3 - We finally got put into a property that was clean and we were able to check in. We missed our dinner rez so I had to run to a grocery store so we could eat.
Strike 4 - I was told somebody would call me in the morning so we changed our plans and stayed close to the house not knowing if we'd have out move out again. Nobody called. I called at 330pm and finally got a manager.
Strike 5 - They ruined two days of our trip (and put us in a part of town we didnt want) so I asked to be compensated for two days. The manager told me they would comp 1 day or I could leave. What could I do I took the deal but never again Lucky S!
