Location, location, location! Perfectly located in the Historic District, far enough from the riverfront to be much more quiet but close enough to be able to walk to everything, including history, coffee shops, book stores, restaurants and more.

Lovely Stay

Perfect location. Great communication with property management. One issue with the AC, but they were on it immediately and fixed in less than an hour. Very impressed! I would totally stay again and recommend to anyone.

Cozy Historic Getaway in Great Location

This was the perfect spot for our anniversary getaway. Central to everything without being crowded. Close walks to great restaurants, bars, all the squares, the Basilica is right there, trolley stops at the corner, our ghost tour started in Madison Square, and the bookstore next door was very charming with a huge selection. All the classic and beautiful historical houses on oak lined cobblestone streets are all around you. We ran into the owner upon arrival, who was very friendly and came back to give us a gift card to his restaurant Ardsley Station, which we reserved for our last night; great upscale spot with amazing food: highly recommend. This spot helped create a truly magical getaway. Would book again.

Spring Break

The location is fantastic. Very clean. The pool is very nice, but about a 30 minute drive. Not a fan of memory foam mattresses though. The AC vent was in the ceiling and blows right on you sitting on the couch. There was a musty smell on the first floor that got better when the AC was set colder.

Location location

Pros: great location for walking everywhere. Next to a bookstore! Very cozy for 2.Cons: not for light sleepers as weekend street noise was on going until 2-3am. Weekdays were much better noise wise. Minor issue: hair dryer didn't work in bathroom outlet but was fine in the bedroom.Overall a nice apartment with a very convenient location.

Ideal location

This is a very nice, and ideally located property near to shops, restaurants, and the Cathedral. It is right next to the best independent bookstore in Savannah which was a big plus for us. Savannah had unusual very cold weather during our stay, but we were able to reach the property manager on a Sunday and they promptly brought out a space heater for the downstairs. The upstairs where the bed is located was comfortably warm. We would stay here again.

Flexible with Disrupted Stay

Weather kept us from getting to Savannah this past week but the hosts were very flexible with our situation and we are happy with their ability to work with us.

Charming Townhouse

Nice and clean property. Looks exactly like the photos online. Hubby and I came up for a couple of days to celebrate my birthday in January. King bed in master was actually very comfortable! I do suggest bringing earplugs to drown out the noises from outside. The hotel across the street uses an electric blower to clean the sidewalks off from 7-7:30 am every day and it’s quite loud. Downstairs living room is very cold and drafty and doesn’t warm up easily during cold days. The space needs an electric radiator to warm the room or you have to turn the heat to 80 degrees. Bathroom was nice and spacious, shower was large and had decent enough pressure considering the size of the shower head. Good location, right near trolly stop #4 which made it easy to use the trolly tour to get around town for the day. Parking in front of the unit is only 1/hr by the hour only, from 8am to 5pm during the week. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Perfect place for a couple or small family wanting to enjoy the historic city of Savannah and the surrounding area. Located right off Madison Square with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, this charming apartment can't be beat.

Great location, good size for the price. Lots to do in the area. Listing is accurate. Only issue is parking since it’s only street parking and Savannah makes you pay out the wazoo for street parking.

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy spot. It’s a perfect place for a couple. It’s located right by Madison Square and within walking distance of many destinations and restaurants. We loved the little bookstore next door. Savannah is such a beautiful city! We shall return.

This property was exactly as stated in the listing - so much so that I felt "at home" there immediately upon check-in. Its proximity to many of the things we wanted to see and experience was a major plus. I would highly recommend it!
