Located just 3 blocks from Truman Pkwy, which gets you to ALL of the hospitals in mere minutes but also 5 minutes from downtown; 5 minutes to Forsyth Park and apx. 20 minutes to the beaches of Tybee Island! This 1000 sq. ft, comfy, Carriage House apt. has been recently renovated and comes furnished with utilities, internet, 55-inch SMART TV, plates, cookware, towels, etc... There are comfy Queen memory foam mattresses. It also includes a stack washer-dryer unit laundry room in the building, and ceiling fans in all rooms . Just bring your clothes and toothbrush!
