Very typical Hampton--nearly everything was excellent. The bathroom was sparkling, that might have been the most important thing. Was a little surprised that the breakfast did not have more variety, this was not typical. Probably just unique to this property.
Modern remodel was pleasing.
A Hilton property located near shopping and restaurants in Sault Ste. Marie. Also, five minutes from the Historic Downton and Locks. While the hotel is clean and staff friendly, this Hampton Inn and Suites is showing its age and the same standard as others.
We stayed here during the Covid crisis. All staff wore masks, and all precautions were taken. This made us feel very secure while staying here.

Great hotel...... much better than many 4 star hotels. However, it would be good to keep eggs without ham in breakfast.
Great last minute stay. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly, and Andrew at the front desk even put together complimentary to-go breakfast bags when we checked out at 4:30am before the hot breakfast line had opened up. We were very impressed with that! Thanks for a great stay!
