The location makes this a great stay while in the Soo. The room was clean and cozy with fridge, coffee maker and microwave. You can literally walk right on the main street to the locks (as the name suggests), restaurants and shops. The breakfast room (motel office) is small, but well stocked.

Always stay here on return from Canada. We like this place better than motels out on the strip. Great location for watching the large ships go through locks.

We stay here every year . It is clean, quiet and my husband loves the closeness of the park so he can watch the freighters. Great that it is pet friendly. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Nothing fancy and out dates interior but clean and good place if you just need a place to shower and sleep. Being a 2 story motel there’s noise upstairs and from the parking lot that may keep you awake or wake you up at 5:00 when cars beep and start up in the lot.
