Spacious waterfront cabin located on the lower Sardis lake.

Fish from the back deck, enjoy grilling hamburgers outside, enjoy a family meal with our full kitchen and eating areas or maybe enjoying visiting in our spacious den downstairs with large 65" tv. If you want to leave the cabin, there are two restaurants a few miles away (The Pier and Rafters on the Water). Want to enjoy a football game or enjoy shopping? You are 20 minutes away from Oxford, MS where you caan enjoy plenty of dining, shopping and Ole Miss athletic events.

Sardis Lake is also known as one of the best fishing and recreational lakes. There is plenty of space for parking boats at our cabin with nearby places to put your boat in the water. There is also place to tie your boat behind the cabin for quick access to the lower lake.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

Front view is a beautiful cotton field. Back view is a cozy bayou with a nice deck and grilling area. Great place for a guys trip/ football game! The cabin is very comfortable and spacious. Nice open TV /dining/ kitchen area.
