This modern, fully furnished condo is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a complete kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and everything you need to settle in with ease. Its central location puts you steps away from Coco’s restaurants, shops, and beach scene. Perfect for couples, remote workers, or travelers looking for a stylish coastal escape.
- This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. Also, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.

- No pets are allowed in the house.

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Please, maintain order and cleanliness in the apartment.

- Please, do not deposit toilet paper of any paper product in the toilet, as it can cause clogging. Instead, use the provided trashcans in the bathroom.

- Use the outside shower to rinse sand before showering inside or entering the pool.

- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. On rentals over one week there is a $50 cap on electricity.

- Mandatory to enjoy your stay to the fullest and at least one sunset at the beach!
