"The room was very clean. I paid for a partial ocean view room but had no idea my balcony would be street front so it was very noisy. If I had opted for a pool view room I believe my stay would have been better. The hotel is newer so I believe they have a few things to work out with staffing as they seemed a bit short handed and the folks I encountered provided just “ok” service, nothing memorable or that you would expect from a 4 star hotel."
