Photos on their web site show beach with white sand...closest beach like that at least 35 min away...compared to other similar properties along coastal Florida, cost the most, provided the least...was clean but kitchenette very outdated/rusty stove/fridge...breakfast was juice, loaf of bread/toaster, package of English muffins, 2 kinds if cereal/milk
The ceiling in the bedroom looks like it is about to fall down. It was moldy. The bathroom was dirty. The swimming can't be considered a swimming pool.
Phone not working. Internet not sufficient. Moldy. Filthy. 2nd and 3rd hand smoke entered non-smoking room. Manager lier and inattentive.
I was disappointed by the pool. It was dirty cold, and between two buildings with a ceiling over top. So no sunlight could get to it. The hotel was okay it wasn't horrible

The hotel was in a pretty rough part of town and the breakfast/amenities were far below average, but the room was clean. If you are looking for a cheap stopover in a motel, this will do the trick.
The gentleman whom runs the hotel is very friendly. When I arrived, he gave a room choice. I requested wake up call for that night, he then asked if I wanted it for the week. I said yes but only received it the one night. I requested not to be bothered because I was working Midnights and needed to sleep in the afternoon. The first day the maid pounded on the door waking me up. The second day, she pounded 3 times, waking me up twice. After that I was left alone. The carpet and bathroom floor was filthy. One of the lamps had mold growing on it. I saw 2 cockroaches and was woken up by a bug biting me. The bed was very comfortable. The towels were as thin as rags. The staff does try hard to do their best to make you happy but came up short with wake up calls, disturbing guest, and room cleanliness. It had good location to where I worked. Im not sure if I would stay again.
I booked this place not expecting much...However I was pleasantly surprised. The room was a decent size, everything was pretty clean, and in a great location. Needless to say, out of all the hotels I stayed at in this price range...It is by far the best. I WILL be back.
Hotel room needs updating. Sheets were stained and bedding wasn't much better. Asked for more towels after we left the pool and we're told no. Maid in morning tried kicking us out at 10:18. Even asked if we planned on paying for another night. Not so good....
