Spanish style Single family home in West Bradenton. Bild in 1925 and totally remodeled and updated in 2015. Only 8.9 miles from Anna Maria Island and 4 miles from IMG Academy. This 2 bedroom 1 bath has great flowing open floor plan. Beautifully renovated bath and kitchen. New flat TVs and internet, front door RING camera, Wi-Fi and outdoor grill. Swimming pool and nice private fence around the yard. Close to downtown Bradenton and Manatee Riverwalk park. Very close to the shopping and dining.

Beautiful Spanish style home with pool

I have stayed in this home several times. Beautiful home with pool and very nice location, close to restaurants and the beach. I have enjoyed all my stays here. Just love the area and hope to be moving there soon. Home owners are very nice and respond to texts quickly and they keep you informed.

Fantastic rental!

We stayed as a family of four and it was PERFECT! The location is great and close to everything, including all the beaches! The house was great, had everything you’d need plus more. The teenage boys loved the pool especially after long days out at the beach and sightseeing! Check in and out were both very easy, and the host is also very quick to respond to any messages!

Convenient location

This comfortable home is in the perfect location for my husband and me. Situated about halfway between my sister’s home and my mother’s residence it is also convenient to downtown Bradenton as well as the beaches. We were very pleased.
