- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels.
- Heated pool feature is available for an extra $35/night or $500/month (b/w Oct to May)
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When pool heat is paid, it is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. (please do not meddle with pool equipment, failure to comply will result in fines of at least $1000, and or the cost of repair)
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.
- SMOKING/ VAPING: Smoking and vaping is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the house. This includes e-cigarettes. Smoking is allowed in the back yard with the door closed. Cigarette butts must be picked up. The violation fee is $500.



IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund and can incur an additional charge of $100/guest.
