Historic hotel in great shape. Interesting history. Good central location if wanting to see the Gulf side of Florida.

Checking in, we do not need to be asked if corn is the only thing in Iowa. Florida has rednecks and ignorant hospitality staff stereotypes. Which of the Floridian stereotypes was this one living up to?

three of us were visiting Bradenton while my grandson participated in a baseball camp for the week... we found access to his playing field, beaches, various attractions, and shopping using public transportation....we were able to walk to other facilities in the area.... we were disappointed that staff was not knowledgeable about local public transportation routes and availability when we had questions....some visitors are dependent on MCAT to get around. Staff were obliging, rooms were satisfactory.... most pleasing aspect was being "downtown"

The hotel itself is beautiful! Takes you back in time. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool is small but clean. Very quiet hallways. Free wifi and breakfast. My only negative feedback is there are no refrigerators in the standard Queen rooms. I might have been able to ask for one but I didn't find out for sure. Parking is also an issue. They have 3 very small lots. One is a block away (and the last to fill) and I didn't feel comfortable walking alone at night that far.

I was pleased with the hotel but not with the staff they require some training on customer Service

Great hotel for the price, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. It has a great vintage feel with all of the modern amenities.

I loved the excitement and joy all the staff had at all Times of the day! Room was exceptional! Bed! Out of this world comftable!

Location perfect for our event at the Bradenton convention center. Went to Clearwater aquarium (dolphin tail-winter is there! ) and Busch GardensTampa ($95!!!), less than hour drive. Hotel renovated, rooms spacious, clean! Hot breakfast delicious, provide complimentary snack bags for your daily outings. Staff great!

Warm and welcoming staff. Great clean room with updated furnishings. Comfortable bed. Convenient to downtown activities and Ellenton outlet mall. Riverwalk within walking distance. Relaxing setting. Will go again. Limited parking only negative.

geart old remoldeled hotel, great freindly staff, would stay again

We use to live in the area. They completely renovated the historic "pink" hotel and did a lovely job. The Riverwalk and Main St. are within walking distance, so be sure to check out the local shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the staff was great! We plan to stay at this hotel during our next trip.

A friendly staff that is willing to help with anything. This area itself isn't the nicest I've been to as far as friendly people go so i was relieved to meet an honest staff at this hotel.

Had to go to Bradenton for High School States. Walking distance to restaurants. Historic building that was made into a Hampton Inn. Much nicer than average Hampton Inns. Staff very friendly.
