When we arrived at our rental, there were people squatting inside the rental. Property manager took care of this quickly and were incredibly accommodating - apparently one of the booking sites was double booking them with no knowledge of the host. It was handled professionally and our stay went on without incident. Location is excellent for proximity to the airport and Sarasota - off the main drag, but close enough to get there easily via car/ride share. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Host was excellent to work with over any issues that arose and the property was clean. Would absolutely stay again

I was not allowed in til a hour later then check in,the bed in the 2 extra bedrooms were cheap and unstable and frames were loose.Internet went out oblast day and I called caretaker and received no response.Had ants in both bathrooms and had to call to get bug spray.Would not stay here!!!

**Decent Stay with Good Location Balance**This vacation rental offered a convenient middle ground between the airport and various beach destinations. The Sarasota airport is right next door and the Tampa Airport is 1 1/2 hours away. Siesta Key and Lido Beach were both accessible within 20-30 minutes depending on traffic, and the location provided a nice balance for exploring the area without being too far from anything.The kitchen was a highlight - good prep space and adequate cookware for cooking meals during our stay. The layout worked well for our needs.A few things to be aware of: there's a large older SUV parked in front of the property, which impacts curb appeal and parking. The washer is aging and needs some TLC so be careful to use the “gentle” cycle so it doesn’t pound itself to pieces. Plenty of towels but no washcloths. The master bedroom outlets tripped easily, so be mindful when plugging in multiple devices if any. We also experienced some internet connectivity issues, though these were resolved quickly and easily by the very helpful host.Overall, this was an okay stay - nothing exceptional, but it served its purpose. The location convenience and functional kitchen were positives, though some minor maintenance and aesthetic improvements would elevate the experience. Fine for a budget-conscious stay where you plan to spend most of your time exploring the beautiful beaches nearby or entertaining and you are willing to put up with a few aesthetic flaws.

We were there to visit family and friends. Place was pretty nice. There was a vehicle parked in front of the door so we thought we were at the wrong place. Wish we would have been told that it was going to be there. We traveled with 5 people and the place was very spacious.
