The condo has access to the Gulf as well as being right on the Intercoastal Waterway with a fishing dock and many lounge chairs. Location is great. It is not a large condo, so going with more than 2 people would be challenging (in my view). For a single or couple, it's great. A little dark, but who's there during the day anyway?
