"Great stay great rate"

"Amenities were not the best. There were no dressers or hangers to put your clothes so they had to stay in the suitcase on the floor. Comfort was terrible because it was cold outside and there was very limited heat indoors. Sat around watching TV with a sweatshirt, fleece pants and a blanket around us woke up in the middle of the night every night with rodents on the metal roof. Scratching and making a lot of noise. Very hard to sleep when you don't know if these rodents are inside or outside and what they are! Very very noisy. Asked for late checkout and was told that I could have it free of charge when I first called but I had to call back when we were ready to check in. Called back when we were ready to check in and I was told that I was dreaming that and talking to somebody in a different location because there's no way they would ever offer that and told it was very expensive charge every half hour and they were very strict about it. It was more money to book through Expedia than it was right through the site and I believed they were not happy that we booked through Expedia. I'm not sure why would else they treat me like that otherwise???"

"First I have to say I am not a fussy traveler. Very easy going but this place should not be called a RESORT. Everything about it was dated and worn out. The furniture in my room and outdoor area was super dated and needed some attention. The pool was about 20 ft long. The hot tubs they have are neglected. The whole property is in need of a overhaul! The pictures did not show all this. I would not stay here if I were you!"
