This luxurious villa sleeps up to 6 people and has great amenities including granite counter tops, fresh bathrooms, bedrooms and screened in lanai / balcony. The villa has 3 flat screen HD televisions and high speed internet for those who prefer web-surfing to wave surfing. A wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within easy reach. Linens and towels are provided with beds made! YMCA is 10 min away with beautiful outdoor pool, whirlpool and sauna at very reasonable rates. Available for rent by the day, week or month. Minimum renter age is 25 yrs. old.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.
