Premiere shops across the street in the "Sapporo Factory" (a mall) with restaurants as well. Staff are wonderful and concierge team can arrange restaurants and excursions in and around the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, nice style -- this is a boutique hotel -- individual charm not found in a chain.

Beautiful hotel! The friendliest, most attentive staff we have had this trip (6 hotels so far). Our room on the executive floor was really nice, comfy bed, premium sheets, fantastic breakfast, great afternoon/evening drinks and snacks (pizza was really good). The location is a little bit of a walk from the Sapporo station and where a lot of restaurants are but not too far. Terrific hotel. I loved the hair dryer!

Hotel Sosei Sapporo is stuck in a quagmire of sorts—while the hotel itself is quite good compared to the other offerings in Sapporo, its location and “soft opening” feel to its restaurant and bar leave a lot to be desired. A walk to Susukino is ~25 minutes, so expect to have little to nothing to do past closing hours at the Sapporo Factory mall next door. Couple the relatively poor location with the absence of amenities like a pool, a bar that closes at 10PM and a breakfast that falls far short of other equivalent hotel breakfasts in Tokyo, and it’s quite difficult to recommend wholeheartedly.

Recommend getting the breakfast and taking a taxi from JR line Sapporo station. Great hospitality and shopping in the city. We went off-season and only for a few days, so missed out on the museums and gardens. Still well worth visiting and seeing Sapporo by train. Recommend trying some restaurants around town and experience a live event venue.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sosei-M Gallery collection. This hotel is very well managed(very very clean and good amenity) and all the staff are very friendly and polite. We had a valuable experience by serving good restaurants in the city and helping to book very famous local restaurants. Thank you to the reception female staff who guided us to famous restaurants, the Korean staff who helped us with difficulty making reservations, and the staff who always helped us with a smile at the entrance. We strongly recommend this hotel and had excellent experience.
