It’s very convenient and reasonable price. Coz In Sapporo city is too expensive to stay. Staff are nice, but we don’t see them often, so it’s better to ask questions when you checked in. Room is very clean, but they will not come to clean your room, if you don’t ask them.

駅直結の便利で綺麗なホテルでした。 アメニティだけでなく部屋着を自分でロビーから持っていく必要があるのを知らなかったので、少し困りました。 エスコンフィールド行きのバス乗り場もエレベーターで降りたらすぐでしたので、本当に便利です。北海道観光の最初の拠点として、札幌に泊まらずこちらに泊まるのもありだと思いました。また利用したいと思いました。

Our booked rooms are distributed to different floors. In fact we have marked our request (to be close to each other) during the booking process. The reply of failure from the hotel is not because it is too full, but because they are not being requested. It made us very inconvenient during our stay. スタッフの方が話しやすく気軽に声をかけてくれる感じだった。窓から夕暮れを見てのんびりできる感じが正月明けにゆっくりしたい気分にピッタリだった。意外と周りの部屋の声が聞こえるような気もするが常識的な範囲の時間だと思ったので気になることもなく良かった。 朝食会場となる場所はそこまで広いわけではないので7時15分くらいにいくとスムーズだったが帰る頃には結構並んでいた。

若いスタッフで頑張って欲しいです。　滞在中体調崩しできるだけの事はしていただきましたが　夜中だったため　解熱剤や体温計がフロントにあると嬉しかったです。どうしても野球のホテルというイメージも強く急病の対応に期待してしまいます。新しいホテルなので　これからもっと良くなっていただけたらと思います。静かで良く寝れました。

主人が泊まりましたが、着いた時間が遅くチェックインに手間取っていたところ近くにいたスタッフさんに教えてもらい無事宿泊できました。部屋からはエスコンも見えて、翌日は朝からテンションも上がったそうです。お部屋の装飾もファイターズのロゴが、あちこちにあり子供が大喜びでした。
