Dificuldade no Check in!

Tive muita dificuldade para entrar no apartamento, mesmo tendo mandado toda a documentação exigida na véspera… me informaram que eu receberia as informações até às 15 horas do dia de chegada, porém isso não aconteceu e a comunicação foi péssima pra resolver o check in… fora isso,O apartamento é confortável e limpo. Bem próximo ao Allianz Parque, dá pra ir e voltar tranquilamente a pé.
