Dirty and mold filled room. Not like the photos at all. It's a dirty brown mess. Avoid, we got sick after our stayand they wouldn't daily clean the room.

A única coisa boa do hotel foram os funcionários que eram super solícitos. Porém o quarto não tem nada a ver com as fotos. - cama desproporcional, molenga e desconfortável; - Banheiro sem box, chuveiro bem próximo do vaso sanitário; - Não tinha lugar para colocar sabonete, shampoo. Foi necessário deixar em cima do vaso. OBS: O espaço foi interditado devido à não autorização de venda de produtos alimentícios, sendo considerado apenas hospedaria. Não recomendo.

Péssima experiência e atendimento pessimo.

Chegando la fomos surpreendidos que o nosso corredor estava com muito cheiro de cigarro bem forte que ia ate dentro do quarto. Eu fui com meus dois filhos e pedi pra trocar de quarto que inclusive estava com a conformação errada de camas que foi contratada. Falaram que nao poderia porque o hotel estava lotado. Mas havia uma placa que era proibido fumar la, e tambem nao fizeram nada quanto a isso. No dia seguinte pela manha a gente queria tomar banho pra sair e reparamos que nao haviam 3 toalhas pra 3 hospedes e apenas uma. Interfonei e pedi as outras toalhas. Falaram que iriam mandar na hora. Apos 30 min sem toalha ligamos novamente e a toalha apareceu. Lencois e toalhas velhas e manchadas. Teto e pardes super mal pintadas e em pessimo estado. Privada com urina do hospede anterior pprque a descarga nao funcionava. A nossa urina de dois dias tambem ficou la e ficamos no quarto com cheiro. Como fomos super mal atendidos preferi nem pedir nada quanto a isso pra nao me aborrecer. Saímos as 12:00 e deixamos a chave. Quando voltamos a tarde no quarto nao tinham arrumado nada. Nem limpado. Nem o banheiro e nem as camas. Ao perguntar se eles nao limpavam o quarto me responderam que agora somente amanha porque a moca sai as 16:00. Nao entendi. E nao adiantaria porque no dia seguinte a gente ja sairia pela manha. Enfim nunca mais voltarei nesse hotel. Experiência péssima tanto pra mim quanto para os meus filhos que tem 11 anos.

Já tinha ficado em outra unidade da OYO mas essa sem dúvidas ficou muito aquém do que eu esperava. Pelo valor teria ficado em outro hotel muito melhor, se é que podemos chamar de hotel o MOTEL que ficamos, mas mesmo assim, o atendimento foi bom.
