Cleaning service and breakfast are the donwfall of this Hotel. Cleaning service because they forgot twice to clean my room; If you don`t have 1 hour to have your breakfast, don`t go. Everyday something was missing on the buffet and to have some eggs, takes more than 20min.

Nicely managed hotel Great breakfast choice, cozy gym and fantastic pool with view on the Ponte Octavio Frias Bridge. My laundry bag was kind of lost but they did their best to find it and bring it on time to the room

very practical and clean rooms, nice views to the bridge. Food was good enough. I never walked around, but it is supposed to be in a fair neighbourhood. I recommend it since it is a good value and close to Morumbi.

This hotel was chosen for me by my company. It is a Novotel so you know what you are getting. It is small but comfortable and clean. Lovely lobby, smart bar, decent restaurant. A small fitness center gives you all you need. Swimming pool, but to relax in not do serious exercise. Nice deck for chilling on. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide choice for all tastes. Good in the restaurant delightful - either buffet or of the menu. Room was compact, comfortable, and clean. My only negative is that the rooms are a little tired, but the hotel is going through refurbishment after which it will be great.

The bed in this hotel was too firm for me, but some may like it. The view was spoiled by the dirty window, but other than that the room was clean, but Ithought had an odd smell. The temperature value was lit on the airconditioner so I was glad I brought a sleep mask. The bathroom amenities are minimal. The fitness centre is small, but with high quality treadmills. It was not as clean as the rest of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was lovely with a good selection, and the lunch buffet was quite good. The conference centre was spotlessly clean and the food service for breaks was excellent. Hotel is close to the Morumbi mall, about $15 Reis a trip, or you can book the hotel shuttle.

In some senses it is a typical Novotel: rooms with all what you need and not more. However, the bathrooms are very small (shower in a kind of cabinet), smaller than the usual Novotel. And the other negative point is about cleanliness. It is not. Two examples: in the bathroom there were long hairs (not mine) and in my in-room breakfast the tea spoon had traces of melted sugar. On the positive side, the team is very friendly and trying to help. And the wifi is good. Would I return? If I can avoid it, I would not.

I had a number of small issues, and a big one. The small issues: not properly clean rooms/toilets (moldy shower area, with previous guest's hair over the floor; clogged shower orifices, diverting water beams all over the place; cold bacon and watered-down orange juice in breakfast, just to name a few). The big issue: unacceptable experience in the restaurant. We were a table of 4, in a rather empty evening (3 other tables in the restaurant with people). We asked for starters and rather simple meals (staple dishes, no particular customization) and drinks. Starters and some of the drinks came in time, but not a can of soda and an orange juice. After about 40min of ordering, I asked for the can of soda, and also asked if it would take much longer for our meals to come. The waiter then went to talk to the person at the computer entering the orders. I was at a table where I had full vision of them and the computer screen, and it looked very much as if they were only then inputting my order for the kitchen. He then came back and said the orders would be out soon. Then, 20 min later, I called the waiter again and asked to see the manager, as that was unacceptable. He went away, talked to that person at the computer again, then after about 5-10min, came back with our meals, except one of them he brought with the wrong type of rice (another 5-10min to bring the ordered type of rice). After that, I asked him if the manager would come or not, and he casually and dismissively told me that the manager had already left for the evening, then left. After that point a different waiter attended our table, to whom I pointed out the missing orange juice (that I reminded the initial waiter about every time he came to the table). She then brought it - warm. Then, at the end of the meal, everyone but my brother was finished, and the waiter came to our table asking if we were already finished, and already grabbed my brother's plate - oblivious to the fork still in his hands. She then told us that the person in the computer was the one responsible in the absence of the manager, and that I could talk to her if I wanted to. When I talked to her, her excuse was that the restaurant was "very crowded, and the standard service time was up from 25-30 minutes to 45-50 minutes", and that she could only apologize for the late orange juice (regardless of the fact that the whole ordeal took more than 70min...).

The hotel is ok with clean and nice rooms and very well located. However the buffet, dinner and breakfast, are really poor compared even with other Novotel and the service is not so professional. They need to improve....

Nice staff, beautiful view, amazing pool. Just kitchen's staff could be better ..... except Ivanildo, best caipirinha ever!!! He's a perfect barman. All staff working with a smile in face. Just a bad soup and bad juice were a vulnerable points....

I stayed there for 3 nights during a business trip. Good: - Mine room was nice and clean! (Executive) - Bed was comfy, pillows as well - Bathroom was good - Huge TV screen - Good breakfast - Iron and board in the room - The team was very gentle Bad: - I did not like the food from the room service - Location is not that good as there is no commercial activity so you have to take a cab or Uber. Except that it is close to the famous bridge ;) Valuable hotel, valuable price Recommend it
