Safe hotel to stay with your family.it is downtown right by metropolitan cathedral.you need to be a little bit carefull for homeless people around.good breakfast,weak wifi in the room.ants are everywhere they have solve that problem.

Ótima localização e péssimo isolado acústico.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização no centro. Mas os quartos na tem privacidade de som. Péssimo isolamento acústico. De dentro do quarto dá para ouvir pessoas subindo as escadas, conversando nos corredores, batendo nas paredes, funcionários limpando as acomodações etc. Quando isso ocorre a noite chega até interromper o sono.

Razoável. Primeiro contratempo. No site informaram que o check-in seria a partir das14:00. Porem recebemos uma mensagem avisando que o check-in poderia ser feito 12:00. Nos adiantamos para o fazer o check-in e descobrimos que so poderíamos fazer lo as 14:00. Informações contraditorias. No quarto não tinha chinelos para todos nem toalhas. Inclusive um par de chinelos com 2 pés esquerdos. Dificuldade em ter as solicitações atendidas. Nao foi feita a arrumação do quarto quando solicitado. Nao consegui resolver a questão dos chinelos nem de um ferro de passar que foi solicitado. O ambiente estava limpo e o café Razoável.

Muito ruim, desde o atendimento da recepção! Sou a loka da limpeza e chegar num quarto e ver a roupa da cama manchada e com cabelo, foi terrível! As toalhas tive que descer pra pegar, pois não estava disponível no quarto, papel higiênico tive que descer pra pegar! O chuveiro, era chuveiro elétrico! Meu chuveiro é o melhor que o do hotel! Os únicos que salvaram foi o rapaz do estacionamento muito simpático e um rapaz que nos atendeu na madrugada. Uma falta de vontade de simpatia!! Infelizmente pra esse hotel não voltaremos!

Oportunidade de melhorias no serviço de hospedagem

Nao havia toalhas de banho no quarto e ficamos duas horas e meia aguardando pela disponibilidade. No quarto havia uma toalha de banho pendurada no varão da cortina do hóspede anterior. No segundo dia de hospedagem, ao chegar no hotel não havia vaga no estacionamento junto ao mesmo, foi preciso deixar o veiculo em outro estacionamento numa rua próxima.

Limpeza boa, quarto bom. Atendimento ok. Banheiro sem pano pra secar o pé, fiz a reserva de um quarto com 4 camas pra 4 pessoas e so tinha 2 coberta e apenas 1 toalha de banho. Tive que pedir mais 3 toalhas e mais 2 cobertas, consegui as toalhas mais as cobertas só me deram mais 1.

Lamentável

Quarto que eu fiquei na primeira noite apresentou problemas no vaso sanitário, assento totalmente quebrado e a pia do banheiro entupida, mas passei a noite por lá, pedi para repararem estes pontos na manhã seguinte e quando retornei a noite nada foi feito, me ofereceram outro quarto, porém neste outro quarto a pia do banheiro vazando, reclamei na recepção novamente e quando retornei na noite seguinte nada de concerto e em nenhum dos três dias que estive por lá a limpeza dos dois quartos que fiquei foram feitas, nem com a solicitação que eu fiz para recolherem a bandeja do jantar. Muito triste isso,

A reforma é razoável, mas senti cheiro de mofo nas janelas de madeira. Não tem secador de cabelo e as tomadas tem bitolas mais estreitas fazendo com que outros aparelhos não encaixem. Quarto bem pequeno. Mas bom custo beneficio.

PÉSSIMO!!

Literalmente um show de horror! O quarto é totalmente diferente do anunciado no hotéis.com, parece até pegadinha! No rodapé da foto deve ter um asterisco que não foi observado (imagem meramente ilustrativa)🙄😏. Quarto com muita poeira sobre os móveis e sobre a cama, banheiro com alguns lugares com mofo. Não tinha frigobar no quarto e ao informar na recepção os mesmos foram solícitos e rapidamente conseguiram, porém estava mais sujo que o Rio Tietê, de tanta sujeira. O pior de tudo foi no café da manhã, pois faltando mais de uma hora para acabar não tinha: pão, bolo, suco o básico de qualquer café e não iriam repor, porque já tinha acabado todos os itens na cozinha (assim dito pela moça que servia o cafe). A única parte boa é de ter estacionamento! Resumindo: Um barato que sai muito caro, tem diversas opções no centro de SP com melhor custo benefício. “ O barato saiu caríssimo”

Quartos limpos e muito organizados em condições de novos. Camas bem confortáveis. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Pra mim apenas 2 coisas que não são 5 estrelas, falta de um box no chuveiro e a sujeira na área externa dos quartos dia fundos da vista da janela. No mais foi tudo ótimo.
