Ao entrar no quarta ja me deparei com a roupa de cama completamente suja, havia até cabelos nos travesseiros, cobertor usado com um fedor tremendo.. Paredes sujas, manchadas. Box com uma crosta de gordura. Muita conversa durante a madrugada, barulhos.. Café da manhã razoável Funcionários educados A localização à noite da um pouco de medo. Experiência horrível! Fiz a reserva nesse hotel devido a localização ser próximo do centro. Cheguei no hotel depois de uma longa viagem acho que ia descansar, porém não foi isso que aconteceu. Roupas de cama sujas, cabelo em cima da cama, tomada com fio exposto em cima da cama. Café da manhã muito fraco. O hotel precisa melhorar a limpeza isso é fundamental em um hotel. Minha experiência foi horrível.

Fomos no fds com um casal de amigos, onde a reserva deles tinha sido feito por mensagem neste aplicativo para pagar no local - quando chegamos eles foram alocados para um quarto com duas camas de solteiro e chuveiro sem box, diferente do anúncio e da solicitação realizada. O meu quarto estava com coberta suja e banheiro também, especialmente o chuveiro, com pelos na parede e resto de sabonete. O café da manhã não é ruim, mas não é igual a foto na descrição. No final das contas não vale 200 reais por dia. Além disso, deixamos nosso carro no estacionamento e ficamos 20 minutos aguardando o moço tomar café, fazendo perder o horário da nossa aula.

Ótima localização e péssimo isolado acústico.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização no centro. Mas os quartos na tem privacidade de som. Péssimo isolamento acústico. De dentro do quarto dá para ouvir pessoas subindo as escadas, conversando nos corredores, batendo nas paredes, funcionários limpando as acomodações etc. Quando isso ocorre a noite chega até interromper o sono.
