The worst place in São Paulo! It's a disgusting place! I got to my room and everything was dirty, the towels weren't clean, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Plus, everything is old and in poor condition, the elevator smells like food, and it's very damp. I went downstairs right away to check out, and they promised to give me a refund, but that never happened, and they stole my money.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, mas o hotel em si deixa a desejar. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, mas não tem armário (apenas um vão aberto com uma arara e sem cabides), o banheiro não tem box, a televisão é bem pequena, as toalhas estão bem desgastadas e as colchas de cama são super finas. Não tem academia. Falta um melhor acolhimento na recepção. O café da manhã é bom e os recepcionistas do café da manhã são bem atenciosos. É um bom custo benefício pra quem vai apenas pra dormir.

Pagamos por duas diárias com direito à arrumação do quarto, que simplesmente não foi realizada. Tivemos ainda que solicitar toalhas secas, pois não foram repostas. O chuveiro apresenta um misturador defeituoso, resultando em água praticamente gelada. O secador de cabelo não funciona adequadamente. A cama é extremamente dura e desconfortável, comprometendo o descanso. O banheiro, por sua vez, está visivelmente desgastado e necessita de reforma urgente. O único ponto positivo é o café da manhã. No entanto, a experiência geral é prejudicada por um recepcionista mal-humorado e claramente despreparado para a função. De modo geral, a estadia foi decepcionante e muito abaixo do esperado.
