I stayed here with my family for nearly 2 months on my transfer to Sao Paulo. I have nothing but praise for this place. It has a combination of long stay suites and normal rooms. We took a 2-bed room apartment on the 9th floor. The apartment was well appointed with 2-bed rooms, a study, a kitchen with laundry, dining room and sitting area. The service of the hotel is very efficient and friendly. The staff is accommodating and helpful. They only have a very small problem of a limited menu at the restaurant but the food is good. I recommend this place if you are on a long visit to Sao Paulo. Kudos to the staff for looking after my family very well. Thank you guys.
I recently stayed at this property due to non availablity of another one that I was looking for. The service was amazing, and the staff were very friendly. I even received a welcome gift at check in. I got to choose from a few options. Had a kitchenette
I had another biz trip to São Paulo and Hilton and Pullman were booked so searched for equal hotel and found the Marriott residence . It's great location, wealthier part of São Paulo neighborhood and lots of eateries near . I book a one bedroom and was upgraded as ELITE MARRIOTT member to one bedroom suite . I was on the 8th floor and had a great view from my balcony. The rooms are average size for Brazil but plenty of space . Bedroom with bathroom , small office/lounge, nice living room with balcony and small kitchenette. Also a second complete bathroom off living room. Staff is very friendly and helpful ! Breakfast was included and at their newly renovated restaurant . Nice selection of breakfast items and great service. They have a small pantry to buy food items and offer grocery deliver as well . This was a excellent deal for $115 /nt using their marriott app .
Good location - walking distance to Ibirapuera park. Room was comfy and effective for working. Food at the Quench restaurant was very good. The service at the front desk was outstanding, really helped with suggestions on how to make the stay even better.
I recently stayed at this property and I was over the moon by the sevice and friendliness of the staff. I arrived at 7am on a Tuesday morning after an 11 hour flight from London. The lady at the check in desk allowed me to check in and immediately assigned me a room so that I could take a shower, change and get some extra sleep before going in to the office. She made me feel very welcome and I couldn't have asked for anything more. However the hotel then excelled itself again later in the week when I took I'll with a virus. They overheard my colleagues discussing that I was ill and staying in bed one day. They called my room to check how I was and offered me some complimentary room sevice breakfast, within minutes they appeared with some tea and fruit. The staff were amazing, this hotel should be very proud of them! A great stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Oh well, we had our family Christmas at São Paulo this year and we couldn't choose a better place to spend this date than in this Hotel. The apartments are very good, confortable, perfect for families, the staff was always si kind and proactive. We love this place! I can't wait to go back.
This is a hotel that features small apartments consisting of a living/kitchen and a sleeping area. The kitchen is equipped and has a full size fridge. While the property is set up as an aparthotel (pretty common in Brazil, and also called "flat"), the service staff are very friendly and everything functions well. I had meals at the restaurant, received deliveries and everything was well-oiled. I point this out because normally at "flats", there are strings of lapses in service. The dinner options are good, breakfast a bit limited, but ok. Since this is not a very large property, it makes sense that they cannot offer the kind of choice a large hotel can. In terms of location, the Marriott on the edge of Vila Nova Conceicao, a top-end residential region next to Parque Ibirapuera, which can be nice to walk around. With this said, you are very close to the Itaim business district and in some cases may be even able to walk to some of the office buildings. There's also always a taxi available and plenty of Ubers nearby. There's a pharmacy right next door, which is convenient in case you need an aspirin or so.
We stayed here for 11 months. Great place, great location, great people. It is one of the best places for a long stay in São Paulo, but also for a quick business trip. The restaurant is very good, only the gym is small, and the pool cold. The parking is very good, and they are very polite. The view to the Ibirapuera park is amazing.
This hotel is lovely, made so by it's fabulous staff. Nothing is too much trouble & all done with a smile. Ana at breakfast goes out of her way to make it enjoyable & caters to your every need. Lucas & Cassie on reception also deserve a mention. The surrounding area is very safe with lots of restaurants to visit. We used an Uber to get around, very easy & safe. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever lucky enough to visit again.
Awesome hotel. The staff is amazing. Ask for Ana the bartender she makes the caipirinhas, she so friendly and kindness. Breakfast buffet is great. I'll definitely stay there again. Highly recommended, São Paulo is a great city. The hotel in near to Avenida Paulista, restaurants and bars. Definitely take a cab.
