Staff was incredible! The staff facilitated getting soccer game tickets in the Jack Daniel's box. They were very helpful and engaging. The hotel was very nice and the breakfast we delicious. Very great choice!

this is a perfect hotel, which is located in a safe and vibrant area. many restaurants are around and even at night you can walk the street. there is a large supermarket 5 minutes from the hotel. the staff is very friendly - fernanda takes care of all people - even before arrival she is connecting with future guests about their needs. when I lost my phone in a taxi, she was taking care that I get it back and helped me translating to the driver. breakfast is typical brazilian, staff is friendly. rooms are large, flatscreen TV with international channels, good water pressure. the best is the close parque ibirpueara, where you can see brazil in a nutshell, when you are here the weekend. I definately will stay here again. one only thing for marriott rewards point collectors: you will need 3 nights to get one night balanced on your points rewards account.

The Marriott Executive Apartments is a great choice for lodging in São Paulo. The apartments are spacious, clean, and fully equipped (including the kitchens). I've stayed here several times on extended stays, and every apartment I’ve stayed in has its own balcony, with access through full-sized sliding glass doors. It is easy to open the door and fully enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Overall, this makes these apartments very bright and pleasant. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Fernando and Fernanda at the front desk were both very welcoming. They took a personal interest in my stay with them. They were also especially helpful with finding transportation and investigating tourist destinations for me – answering my questions; looking up business hours on the internet; hailing cabs, etc. Others I encountered demonstrated the same focus on customer service. Everyone I encountered spoke English. The restaurant food and service is very good. The breakfast buffet has a broad range of fresh and appetizing options. (The exception is the scrambled eggs, which are not appealing.) I believe there are custom-made omelets available upon request, but I have not yet ordered one. Another nice perk is the lap swimming pool behind the hotel. Even though it is not Olympic-sized, it is a welcome option for people trying to maintain a fitness program. Finally, the neighborhood in which this Marriott is situated is extremely safe and very nice. I have heard it is the most expensive neighborhood in São Paulo. It has a wide selection of good restaurants within walking distance. It has many blocks of tree-lined streets with beautiful homes (with not too many high-rise apartments). It is also very close to “Parque Ibirapuera” (São Paulo’s Central Park), which is an excellent place for running, strolling, and simply getting out into nature – even though it is in the middle of a major metropolis. Overall, the Marriott Executive Apartments is an excellent choice, and I will stay there on all my future trips to São Paulo.

We were only in this hotel for just one short night due to the fact that British Airways had cancelled our flight and we needed a hotel until the time of our connecting flight the following day. Despite arriving very late the reception Staff were very attentive and efficient. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that you could wish for. my prime concern was that the room had a comfortable bed and a good shower which it certainly did have. breakfast was lovely - an array of lovely food all fresh and beautifully served. Although we hadn't planned a visit to this hotel I was pleased with the experience.

Friendly staff and great apartment with a wonderful rooftop pool, although a little small for a real workout. Nice area and easy to get to/from my local office. 1 bedroom spacious apartment with full kitchen and living room. Gym was small but well appointed.

I just stayed at the Marriott Executive Apartments in São Paulo and had a very good experience. Staff is very friendly, the apartment itself is good, with a small kitchen, small living room, perfect for business people. The location is excellent, close to high-end malls and nice restaurants. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel.

Lovely rooms, very clean, safe, breakfast is good, fantastic customer service from all the staff. Large super market near by, good restaurants. 5 minute walk from a fabulous park. Would definately stay here again

Staff was welcoming. 1 bedroom very spacious apartment with all ammenities you'd expect (kitchen, living room, etc). Small gym but good enough if you want to do some exercising. Walking the area around the hotel is agreeable.

I travel to Brazil from the US for a week or two nearly every month, and I always stay at this property. The rooms are large with a kitchen and often a separate bedroom. The property is contemporary with the neighborhood (Vila Nova Conceição) so is not new, but is well maintained. The best part of the experience, and what keeps me coming back, is the staff. The team is fantastic: attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and they genuinely care about their guests. I really feel like a member of the family when I'm there. Definitely give them a try, and if you're an English speaker with limited Portuguese, it's a must stay location.

Even thought staff are friendly and gentle, the hotel needs a lot of maintenance, all beds, carpets and smelly curtains at the bathrooms I am a platinum member for marriott and all o got was a bottle of water in the room, not room upgrades or better rooms I am not coming back, I will choose differently next time in town
