Really appreciated as they provided me a really early check-in. The staff were really helpful. The room was fully-equipped. Nothing as significant to complain. The breakfast variety was not much but was enough. As I checked in on Sunday, the surrouding places were really quiet. Nearby were two mall; JK Iguatemi and Shoppong Villa Olimpia. Both places were within walking distance.
Location is great. Beds are very comfortable. The room is big and the TV turns towards the bed or the couch. Breakfast is very nice. I recommend! It is a little noise at night, but it is São Paulo after all. The price in the weekend is very reasonable.
+ good location in good neighborhood, decent sized rooms, good food/buffet. Many staff ready to help out. + oldish facilities, would need some refresh, bad, slow internet when not completely down, reception gives you a room and wakes you up at 2300 to check who you are, claiming there was a booking mistake. Very poor language skills of staff.
I stayed here twice and I can highly recommend it. The staff were wonderful. They were friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough to make my stay enjoyable. My room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There were no issues with the layout. There's a small gym on the top floor that I used a few times. It had enough equipment to get a workout. Not bad for a hotel gym. I liked the dining area, with its large selection of breakfast items and a chef to cook your eggs any way you wanted them. I only ate in the restaurant one night when the menu was, all you could eat, pizza. I enjoyed combinations of toppings I'd never tried or heard of before they were delicious. Overall I liked the hotel. There were things to do at night within walking distance and lots of places to eat.
I was celebrating one year relationship anniversary with my Fiancé and I was very surprised that the staff had found that about it and had prepared a welcome letter, treats and the perfect atmosphere for my celebration. I want to thank Miss Selma and Miss Janaina from the Managment but I also was helped in an excellent manner by everyone, Robson, Junior, Rafael from the restaurant and so many others that I do not remember the name. Will definitely be back soon. The A/C did not work as expected but it was a cold night so everything was fine. On the picture is the view from my room. Fantastic!
First the positives. The staff in every department were very nice, welcoming and helpful. The food was good. I find it a really convenient place to go for lunch as I work in offices above the shopping mall opposite and finding places for lunch in there are at a premium whereas the hotel restaurant is generally quiet at lunchtime, you can discuss business in relative privacy and the self-service buffet is good and a quick way to get served - no queues. Given the location close to the mall and surrounding offices is also excellent if you happen to be visiting there. Just a few hundred metres away there is a very nice park. The negatives: And given my rating you can see that these were important to me. Firt and foremost - I need good wifi. This hotel just does not have it in any room. It is OK at reception but in the rooms it is very poor. That should not be the case in this day and age. For me that was a deal breaker and after two attempts I now stay elsewhere even although this location would have been perfect for work. In addition, I find the hotel rather dated and tired when compared to the brand new properties going up all around.
I had a quick business trip to Vila Olimpia for a couple of days, the business company I visited suggested this hotel, to my surprise it was a extremely nice one, very clean and comfortable hotel. Their rooms very spacious and modern, on top of that the room I got had an incredible view and a balcony. The breakfast was out of this world, incredible breakfast buffet with plenty of fruits and food to choose from, unfortunately I got full fairly quick. Service was great in the hotel and in the restaurant. Pricing was another nice surprise, because of the fact that my visit was very near Christmas day, the hotel was very much empty so I got a real good deal with breakfast included!! I guess I just got lucky!!!
I stayed for a week. Location is very convenient. Very close to Main malls. Rooms are nice and clean. Great customer Service. Breafast is a buffet but always have the same good. Great fresh fruits. Try the seafood paella at restaurant. I had multiple type of power outlets at room and was not able to use the one on desk. Even with a converter. I found lot of dangerous cables under my bed for the lamps, telephone and AC control in bad condition. Maybe a risky situation. Overall a good hotel. I can stay there again.
A live band was playing music at the highest volume on a Saturday night, when I complained my son couldn´t sleep, the attendant said he couldn´t do anything since the party belonged to a hotel director! SHAMEFUL! No respect for guests! The shower is also terrible it cools and heats every 10 seconds to freeezing and burning points, close to impossible to take a shower for longer than 3 minutes. Will never go back.
I spent 3 weeks in this hotel, the suite was large, bed very confortable, shower room with daylight, the breakfast very nice and the personal all very very helpfull, available and kind. A real pleasure every day taking my breakfast and enjoying the buffets at dinner. I really this hotel recommend anyone that stays in the area to chose it. In order to become the best, and to accomodate with intense traveller that wake up at night.... To have a boiler and some coffee pouder in the room to allow a coffee in the very early morning, to place few long chairs close to the fitness room so that the long stayer can enjoy of a bit of natural sun on the roof of the buiding (18th floor) and if beans are the most common dish in brasil, having beans in the morning breakfeast would make english people and non english to enjoy of a complete english breakfast!!!
