Comida simples e bem preparada, durante a semana não tem o chá da tarde e o serviço de bar. Staff prestativo, mas necessitam de mais rapidez no serviço, o serviço de quarto não foi feito. Boa seleção de bebidas e preço justo. Gostei do fato de hidro ou sauna não estarem ligados todo o tempo durante a semana, mas rapidamente serem preparados caso o hóspede deseje utilizar.

Hotel mais do que especial....na chegada, o Alcebiades ja vem pegar a mala com o maior sorriso do mundo e mostra todo o hotel....Murilo super prestativo pra resolver qualquer problema que vc tenha....comida, ótima, o chefe e o confeiteiro estão de parabéns - muitas e boas opções!! Tudo muito limpo e organizado, tem atividades o dia inteiro. Somado a isso tudo, a vista é linda e vc dorme ao som de passarinhos e acorda com os galos! Fui com meu pet e o pessoal do hotel muito atencioso e prestativo...obrigada tb ao Francisco, à Bete e toda equipe do restaurante!! Espero voltar em breve...

Feriado bom!

Hotel incrivel... minha viagem foi de casal.. e meu quarto nao tinha cama de cadal e sim 2 camas de solteiro, que resolveram juntar, entao ficou aquele vao no meio da cama... pelo preço isso é inadmissivel... As piscinas sao otimas, porem só tem 1 climatizada, as outras sao frias, parecem ate agua de cachoeira. A principal que é de borda infinita é geladissima, quase ningurm entra, parece que é de enfeite. Em relacao a alimentacao, é bem top, tudo fresco, mas quando se pede uma bebida no bar, é necessario paciencia e esperar por no minino 30 min.. 1h... fora isso.. perfeito!

Vale super a pena!!

Lugar agradevel, perto de SP, piscina e jacuzzi com agua quente. Pena que a piscina principal não é aquecida. Comida boa (vale a pensão completa) e atividades extras que valeram a pena e deixaram o dia mais especial. Muito bom pra quem tem.filhos tb. Adoramos a estadia!
