Good no-frills stay with a great breakfast

Convenient location close to the Luz and Júlio Prestes railroad stations, although not the best neighborhood. The restaurant in the building is a plus. Spartan but clean and comfortable with a friendly staff, and they do a great job with breakfast.

So I stayed at the property for 3 days. I must say that the staff work very hard to maintain this facility. The breakfast is fantastic, as they have all sorts of things to chose from and being a vegetarian I was able to enjoy the eggs and fruits/granola options, but they also have meats, juices, and yes coffee. One thing you need to realize is that Sao Paulo, LIKE ALL OFF IT ( downtown core)has tremendously large homelessness and street drug problem. As a forigner, you need to learn to adapt quickly and simply learn to not mind it and avoid large crowds. Its hard to see but this is the reality, so yes there are homeless around the hotel, like all the hotels (even the fancy ones)downtown and surrounding areas. Furthermore, this hotel is like 10 minute walk to the subway station and 10 minute walk to the downtown core. So i liked it, and will go back in the near future.

Quarto confortável e café da manhã com boas opções, porém estranhei na hora do check-in que foi cobrado o café da manhã, para quem está com a grana curta, mas o banheiro é bem pequeno com pouco espaço no chuveiro e por ser uma rua com transito de drogados no meio da noite é um pouco barulhento.

Seria bom se não fosse a localizaçao e barulho

O pessoal do hotel atende muito bem, não há o que reclamar. O conforto do quarto também atende (o colchão é mais duro, o que me atende bem mas pode ser um problema a depender da pessoa). O grande problema e que justifica a minha nota é a localização e o barulho. A localização é péssima, pois há muitos moradores de rua e muita gritaria deles (houve discussão pesada durante a madrugada logo abaixo da nossa janela). Além disso, houve hóspedes que fizeram muito barulho até o início da madrugada, que atrapalhou o sono. O café da manhã é simples. Havia reservado para ir até à estação da Luz a pé, mas eu e minha esposa não nos sentimos seguros para isso.

Boas condições de estadia mas região ruim

Para um quarto de 200 reais a estadia não foi ruim. O quarto e o banheiro estavam com uma limpeza muito boa e as condições do hotel são razoáveis. O único problema da estadia mas que contou muito a desfavor foi o barulho da rua. É uma avenida movimentada, e tem bastante noia e morador de rua passando por ali (apesar de que não vi nenhuma situação de perigo, tem policiamento ao redor do hotel). Acordei à noite várias vezes com alguém gritando na rua. A janela do meu quarto tinha um vidro faltando e aumentava ainda mais o ruído externo. Porém pelo valor da estadia acho que o hotel compensa, se vc precisar realmente se hospedar na região.
