Location is breathtaking perched right on the cliff edge. The views are astonishing from every angle. Wifey and I stayed for 2 nights mid May. We ate in the restaurant on night 1 and while the menu is limited the food was fab. Not a place for kids. Nothing really walkable nearby but the town of Fira is only a 10 minute car ride away. The hotel and staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful. Can’t wait to return!

Discovering San Antonio was one of the best things while traveling around the world. Situated right next to Oia but without its “rush”, the hotel offers unbeatable views of the Caldera. The feeling is to be totally immersed in nature with no one by your side. A good book or a white wine in your hands next to the person you love will feel like paradise when overlooking the ocean from the infinity Pool. A moment to treasure forever. Some rooms are really small, so I would recommend booking the bigger ones.

We are enjoying our last day of a 5 day stay at this little piece of heaven of a hotel. From the moment we arrived (also collected at the airport) until now, the experience has been the greatest pleasure. Anastasia and Eleni greeted us at check in, we were offered a drink while check in was dealt with and Eleni took us through some of the possible places to visit and restaurants to eat at. We booked a junior suite and were shown to Room 23 - a Master Suite - they had upgraded us! What a wow. Perfect large beautifully furnished room, clean and smelling beautiful with a jacuzzi outside and private seating area with sun beds. We loved every minute of being there. The bathroom perfect with wonderful toiletries replenished every day. The quality of cleaning has been exceptional - Ina and Aphrodite - efcharistó para polí! Not to mention the little treats left in the room every evening! Areti arrived on within the first 10 minutes in the room with a fruit bowl and bottle of wine (for my husband’s happy birthday). The restaurant/bar was also a lovely place to spend time, not only in the location but the staff are amazing. Janis, Thanasis, Arestides, Areti, Nicholas and so many more - you made breakfast etc such a pleasure - incredible service and a huge amount of humour. Loved it! The pool area is gorgeous with an infinity pool. No guests saving beds from 7am or at all and they were comfortable with towels ready and waiting on each one. The pool was verrrrry chilly but once you acclimatise - v good! Needless to say, we are here early in the season! The staff around the pool? Also exceptional. They are there (very unobtrusively) all the time checking everything is ok and if you need something - they are there. Petros and Thanasis (and the crew) - you are legends! We organised transfers to Fira and Oia (Eleni helped us book the restaurants - important) and had Spiros mainly as our ‘driver’. What a lovely man and we had great chats. If you don’t hire a car (which you might choose to have here as the hotel isn’t in a town or village), the transfers were 15 euro for 2 each way. Buses are here but apparently timing not so often. So! As you can see, we have had the best time ever. To the staff - Eleni, Anastasia, Martha, Faye, Janis, Thanasis (both), Areti, Petros, Spiros, Nicholas, Arestides, Ina and Aphrodite and so many more. You have touched our hearts with your kindness and generosity of spirit and we cannot thank you enough for one of the best holiday experiences ever.

Had a fabulous relaxing stay at the San Antonio in mid September. The views of the caldera from the hotel are stunning and the design of the hotel means you can savour the view all day:- from the cliff top tables at breakfast, lunch and dinner, from the fabulous infinity pool, from the room balcony and from the roof terrace to watch the sunset - could never get tired of the views. The hotel has an air of quiet calm about it which is great compared to the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia. The quality of staff was probably the highest we've experienced at any hotel - attentive, friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Food was good - breakfast was great with a really good selection of dishes, lunches were good value, dinner was beautifully presented but a little pricey. If you want a change then try the taverna a couple of hundred yards back on the road to Fira - very friendly staff, excellent food and incredibly good value. Apart from relaxing by the pool the hotel is well positioned on the coastal path between Fira and Oia and the walk in both directions is well worth it. Plenty of ups and downs but well worth it for the views and 'reward' of a drink at the other end. Preferred Oia - very pretty and interesting little streets. Fira was busy and expensive, Imerovigli had great views but not as pretty as Oia. Overall a fantastic hotel, would strongly recommend a visit and hope to be back one day.

Brilliant Hotel on the cliffside, on the outskirts of Oia town. Views are stunning and unobstructed. The infinity pool is really nice as well. The breakfast buffet has a large spread and the service is amazing. The views from the room and the restaurant are really nice. The room itself is great too, quite spacious with a sitting area, a dining area and the bedroom and a rather spacious bathroom. The spa facilities are amazing - we got a full body massage which was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel over any other in Oia town as it is much less crowded.

Great location and services. We booked the Honeymoon Suite to have the best views and a hot outdoor jacuzzi. It was a great idea because the weather was not good (as we expected in April). Thank you for everything.

Situated on the rock cliffs on the island with great views across the sea and the island. The rooms are spacious and carved out into the rock cliff. Well furnished and serviced to perfection - also loved the big bathroom! What makes the hotel special is the all the great staff looking after you. It can get very windy however which I enjoyed yet one to think of if you don't. Good to book taxis well in advance on the island especially if you are heading out in the evening! Perfect holiday though.

Stayed at the SAN Antonio hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel is in an excellent location, with amazing views over the caldera and really great sunsets. Our deluxe room had a heated jacuzzi on the outside balcony that was excellent for a luxurious way to enjoy the sunset! Staff were very friendly, polite and attentive to your every wish. The restaurant serves amazing food, and would wholly recommend the 2 tasting menus. The wine tasting experience hosted at the hotel restaurant is also excellent.

This is the best hotel in Santorini, with amazing views, incredible design, infinity swimming pool and with very friendly staff. Just perfect for couples hotel. Breakfast is very nice, waitress are very helpful. Spa center is small but very luxury. Small church inside. Thank you again for incredible holidays!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights for my birthday and like all the rest of the reviews, the hotel didn't disappoint ! Its location is perfect and we did lots of lovely coastal walks - although every 10 minutes we were stopping to take yet another wonderful picture postcard view. The bus outside takes you into the towns in both directions, where there are loads of restaurants and boutiques.... of course you can opt for doing absolutely nothing and never leave the hotel! It's totally relaxing. What I really liked is the total tranquility of the place -everyone seemed very respectful of each other so I defy anyone NOT to unwind!!! I'd like to think it's just as quiet in peak season as it's rare to find hotels/pool areas where there's no music blaring or people talking shouting really loudly. I loved the fact that there were no children there too! Food wise we ate in the restaurant on the very first night and it really really was just delicious food and reasonably priced which I was very surprised about - and more importantly for me - it was fabulous vegetarian food at that. For once I ate just as well as my husband the carnivore! The breakfasts were lovely too, and I had lovely omelettes every morning -which we ate overlooking the most amazing views. Accommodation was great, our room was lovely and I've never come across such fastidious cleaning before!! That really was impressive. My one slight point about the room would be that the safety deposit box was on a shelf in the wardrobe....which was too high for me to reach. At 5ft 4 I couldn't access it but fortunately my 6ft 2 husband could so it wasn't an issue - but had I been on my own or with girlfriends/ sisters then we would have had to ask for help!! I used the spa on our last day and I thought it was intimate and private and aesthetically it was very beautifully designed and laid out. Otherwise everything else was perfect, the staff and their helpfulness were amazing - lovely ladies who all couldn't be any nicer, genuinely lovely people with lots of hints tips suggestions , the works ! Plus they got me a yoga mat so I could do my workouts on the balcony - which is probably the best place I've ever done it before - what a view!!! In short we had a lovely lovely time and I have already recommended this hotel to everyone I know!!! Do hope I get to go back some time . Thank you , you were all fabulous!
