Stayed here for a week at the end of the season and enjoyed incredible views. The multi-course champagne breakfasts were absolutely spectacular - we had to do lots of hiking to walk that off every day. :) Staff were very accommodating and hard working. We had a lovely room. Paid extra for a plunge pool but unfortunately, the heater for our pool went off 2-3 days out of 7, so the pool was too cold to swim in. Staff kindly offered to move us to another room with a plunge pool that worked. However, the room that was suggested had less privacy than ours, so we chose to stay put. Power for the entire hotel also went out a few times.Very pleased we stayed in Imerovigli rather than Oia (too busy for us), but still oversaturated with hotels and tourists - every time we stepped out of our room, we felt like we were on display. Little privacy as the hotel is right beside a busy pathway to Skaros Rock. Restaurant for dinner and bar for drinks very trendy and pricey - great views, but you certainly pay for them.

After 2 weeks of roaming all over Greece, my wife & I rewarded ourselves with 6 days in Santorini before we headed back home. My wife had researched just about every hotel on the island before choosing the Grace Santorini. If you’ve never been to Santorini, let me warn you, there is going to be an unbelievable amount of stairs to climb up & down if you choose any of the hotels in Imerovigli. That said, you’re going to be rewarded with some of the most amazing views anywhere on the planet! There is no easy stroll to get to the Grace, that’s the bad news. The good news is that you will be in one of the most beautiful places on the planet, and you will be cared for by some of the most friendly & service minded people in the world! If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay on Santorini, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a once in a lifetime experience that will definitely be worth more than the cost, book the nicest room you can possibly afford here and know that you won’t be disappointed!

After spending two months trying to book a birthday supper for my girlfriend and was about to give up until I finally found Grace. After sending a slightly deflated email to the booking team I didn’t expect to get an instant response and a reservation 😱. The food was incredible - the staff & service were glorious and the view...that view is just insane. You should make it a life goal to visit this place - even if it’s just for supper. I would die to stay here and relive that amazing night. Thank you Grace Santorini.

After doing a lot of research about places to stay in Santorini, we decide this was it. Lots of beautiful pictures of the hotel can be found online and on Instagram. We love their attention to detail, and all the nice personalized amenities this hotel has to offer. The entire staff made us feel right at home and also very attentive to our needs. We loved our daily breakfast meals and afternoon dips and relaxation by the beautiful pool. Be sure to have dinner at the Santoro Restaurant, the food and staff there is excellent. I've eaten at a lot of Michelin starred restaurants, and their food quality and presentation was definitely comparable to those places. Also be sure to grab a drink or two from the bar, their mixologist make some pretty amazing drinks. There is really not much I can complain about this place, but if you want more privacy try to get a room away from the walk way to the Skaros Rock. However, it's not uncommon for hotels to be very close together in Santorini. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Santorini. Their location is very convenient too, I find it less crowed than Oia and Fira which feels very touristy to me. We already miss the beautiful sunsets at Grace, hope to be back again soon. Thank you for the great memories!

If you stay in high-priced hotels, you often wonder how they could be better... not so with Grace. The exquisite details of over-the-top service, accouterments, food, pleasantries, accomodations, views, ... it is incredible. It's not cheap by any means, but with all the goodies it just seemed so worth it. The view is A+. The chef is wonderful. There is a five-course tasting menu FOR BREAKFAST!!!! The best eggs Florentine I have ever had. Great bar and dinners. EVERY night with turn-down service you are presented with a gift...chocolates, toys, liquors, some surprise that is adorable. Checking in includes champagne and a very special explanation of the room, facilities, etc. We have stayed in Paris at the Ritz, 131 by Uluru, on and on. All of them great. But Grace "wins" hands down. Do stay there and treat yourself!!

Our new favorite hotel in the world. Everything here was, well, perfect. Five-course breakfast every morning. Delicious! Dinners, too, were terrific--expensive but fine dining and great. Service was great in the restaurant and the hotel. Staff went above and beyond repeatedly. Just so sweet and helpful. We had an hour free to sit outside after checking out and waiting for a ride to the airport, and staff members kept coming up to us and asking: "Champagne? Something to drink? On the house!" And this was on their last day of the season while they were closing up the place. Oh, and did I say, amazing views from the hotel with amazing sunsets? Really, pretty much the perfect hotel and location!

From check-in to check-out the service at the Grace was impeccable. We had a lovely suite overlooking the Caldera. Breakfast and dinner were both a terrific experience as the young chef at this hotel is one of the up and coming chefs of Greece. Try the fried eggs for breakfast. They had an excellent wine list of Greek wines. They also opened the fitness centre two hours early for my wife and I to work out and have breakfast before our tours started. The hotel is not wheel chair accessible and our room was 98 steps down from the reception, great extra exercise. I would highly recommend it if you are in decent physical shape.

I travelled to Santorini to treat my niece for her 16th birthday. We couldn't have been happier with our 7 day stay at the Grace. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and the hotel perfect for a special occasion. We had the Grace Suite (room 54) which was very luxurious with the most amazing Caldera views. Thank you for like oking after us so well. I definitely recommend staying here. One thing to keep in mind, there are a lot of steps so this hotel may not suit those with mobility concerns.

Stayed here for 5 nights in a honeymoon suite which was a truly beautiful room with everything you could need, I was slightly disappointed with the size of the plunge pool and outside area but the main swimming pool more than made up for it with us being the only ones sitting around it most afternoons! The breakfasts are incredible and we could easily sit for an hour taking in the wonderful view. The food we ate at the hotel was very good but we only ate in the restaurant one night and found the service very hit and miss which was unfortunate. A special thank you to Yiannis who made us delicious side cars and we didn't get to say goodbye! Having stayed at grace Mykonos this hotel is on another level.

Amazing view, clean and very well built hotel. Staff is very polite, they seem to genuinely interact and care about the clients. The room has a great feel. The breakfast is amazing with a daily changing menu. The restaurant is greatly located nearby the infinity pool. We could be extra charged with many things (especially in the restaurant) but they correctly -for such a highly priced hotel- didn’t. The high price of the hotel is also based on the view, but with a very few details more could justify it in a better way. Although The iPad in the room is a quite neat feature, the only true use of it, is to view promotional videos of Santorini. Have in mind that the hotel (as almost everything in imerovigli) has plenty of steps. Also there might be some lack of privacy in the lower rooms due to the proximity to the path.
