Mrs. Poppy and the whole entire staff are amazing. Happy is a mild word to use. The food is Yiayia receipe which we know are the best. The restaurant view is spectacular and Andreas,Miltos,Louda everyone there is amazing and Bobby the Manos Travel shuttle driver is outstanding. See you next year or sooner See you next year

Upon checking into the room with my family, we discovered that the heat was not on, and the remote controls for the heaters were missing. When I went to front desk to inquire about it, the manager (owner?) went on a rant as to how she has had customers walk away with the remote controls, and she is sending them email to return them. The staff that she sent to the heat, also complained about remote controls. I was completely baffled and asked them to stop complaining to me, and figure out how to run their business. The bathroom was nasty as well. This was by far our rudest welcome and worst experience of a stay in a 14-day Greece tour. We chose the hotel because we had a car. Others who were waiting for hotel shuttle for airport transfer were getting angry at them as well for making them wait inordinately. Stay away. Plenty of better located and (hopefully) better run hotels in town.

Nice hotel with pool and pool bar/restaurant amenities. They arranged for another service to pick us up at the port for a reasonable fee. Room included a queen-sized bed separate bedroom with a larger open area containing 3 single beds comfortably housing the 5 of us. Good air-conditioning. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming and offered a number of services including letting us use the pool and house our luggage until we were picked up by our next hotel. Their service for a small fee also drove us into Fira for dinner as well as picked us up after dinner. Would definitely recommend as well as would stay there again. Poppy even sent us on our way with a bottle of wine!

The hotel itself is nice but not very scenic. There isn't much around the hotel. You have to drive about 10-15 to Fira ( the capital) for any food options, activities, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
