We would definitely stay here again. Cute, clean and spacious 1 bedroom suite. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Conveniently located. Scenic lookout for Three bells of Fira is a 3-5 minute walk from Villa Fotini.

Maria was lovely and very helpful in organising airport transfers. Apartment was very similar to what you see in the pictures and was quite spacious. Very well priced and convenient location with just a 10 minute walk into main town.

Highly recommended

Fantastic stay, especially if you’re trying to do Santorini on a budget. You don’t get a caldera view from your room, but if you leave the hotel and walk for 30 seconds you have an unbelievably perfect view of the caldera that’s not too crowded even at sunset. The walk to downtown Fira is short but steep, which wasn’t a problem for us but might not be great if you have mobility issues. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Unless you’re willing to spend 3-4x as much money, I highly doubt you will find a better place to stay in the Fira area.

So close to all of the fun!

What a cute spot to stay, very close to shops and restaurants. We were able to rent a car within a stone's throw from the hotel as well. Great recommendations and the staff was wonderful and accommodating!

Villa Fotini is a lovely and affordable place to stay in the heart of Santorini. Maria at the reception is an incredible host who offered the best recommendations for places to eat, attractions to see, and how to get there. We loved our stay there and treasured every moment. The staff were all very kind and we highly recommend the pickup/drop off service for the airport directly to/from the hotel.

Highly recommend! The receptionist was amazing and so kind. She organised both transfers 1) ferry to hotel and 2) hotel to airport, which made our lives a million times easier. The room was on ground level which was so good considering we had so many suitcases to carry. Everything was in walking distance including the bus that goes to Oia. The receptionist explained everything to us and it was smooth sailing. Clean and spacious room!
