From the moment we arrived until we left, we had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The staff were great, the room was immaculate and it’s close enough to Oia to comfortably walk without being in the hustle and bustle. The free breakfast on property was a highlight as it was delicious with excellent coffee. We loved the view from our private hottub. Could not recommend staying here more!

Fabulous! Just outside the busy pedestrianised part of Oia but an easy max 10 minute walk to get there. Our room was stunning - felt very new, everything was super clean, was well appointed, the bed was the comfiest I've slept in in years, ad the balcony and hot tub were great. Breakfast was served on our patio at a time of our choosing and was great. Staff super friendly and helpful.

This was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve ever had. The setting is far more beautiful than ever imagined. The suites were ultra private and staff always in hand to help- whether delivering food to door, arranging transportation, making recommendations. One the best places ever. This hotel is beautiful and located in a great spot in OIA. It is close enough (5 min walk) to the main shopping area, but far enough to be away from the crowds. The staff was so nice and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and helped us with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, we had a good stay at Sole d'oro. This was one of the few properties that allowed us to house 5 people in a room with a loft, which was a huge plus. I also liked that it was in Oia, away from the main shops. While there isn't that "caldera view", I much preferred that our taxi was able to drop us off at the hotel and the staff helped us carry our bag to our rooms. It's also a short 15-20 minute walk to the main part of Oia. We were warmly greeted right away with a welcome drink. The room was a bit tight for 5 people but comfortable nonetheless. The one feedback is wishing the bathroom was bit a cleaner. The outdoor jacuzzi fits 2 and is a nice way to destress in the evening. The breakfast was also a perk because it's served in the balcony of your room. It would've been nice if there was water given for breakfast, but there is a supermarket a few minutes away which was convenient. The staff was helpful in setting up restaurant reservations by email. And at check-out, the staff gave us a few items as a souvenir, which was a sweet gesture! Overall, a good option to stay in Oia! I definitely recommend staying in Oia if it's your first visit to Santorini.

The hotel staff was incredible - they pampered us. The hotel is a 5 min walk from downtown Oia - close enough to enjoy without the noise from all of the crowds. The room was spacious- our family of 5 had plenty of room. The free breakfast was delicious and very filling. You were able to see the famous Oia sunset from the patio. Highly recommend!!
