The property was beautiful, the room was large and comfortable, and the staff took good care of us!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel and the staff! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights in August. We were picked up at the airport by the hotel shuttle (such a bonus!). We stayed in a little villa steps away from the pool, with a private jacuzzi out front (room 303!) We spent some of our days lounging by the well maintained infiniti pools and drinking delicious drinks made fresh at the pool bar (try the mojito!). When we wanted to rent an ATV, the hotel arranged it for us and provided us with a map. Breakfast is included and there is a huge selection. You can order lunch and dinner at the restaurant, from your room, or by the pool! All delicious! I got a massage the last day which was honestly the best massage I have ever had. When we wanted to visit Thira and Oia, we took the conveniently timed shuttles and were picked up and brought right back to our hotel at the end of the night! My boyfriend and I got engaged in santorini and we shared it with the staff.. the next night when we came back from the city there was a bottle of champagne and some fruit for us as a congratulations! Whenever we had any questions or needed something, the staff were more than happy to assist. The hotel is quiet and small (which makes you feel special) and is perfect for relaxing. It's also close to the cities and airport too! Shout out to George, John, Bastis, Alanna and Konstantinos. Thanks for helping to make our trip so perfect! The Sam's from Canada

Shout out to George the driver! Friendly and on time. We enjoyed our stay!

Best part of hotel was pool and breakfast. Staff was a hit or miss. Sofia was very nice and attentive but can't say that about any of the other pool side staff. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Angie the hotel manager was a sweet heart. George the driver was very pleasant and offered great suggestions of where to dine. Pool area was gorgeous but rooms left much to be desired. Beds were very hard. In the middle of nowhere but the shuttle service to Fira and Oia were very helpful.

To begin with price of the room was steep ! Ofcourse Santorini itself is expensive but this room was not worth the money charged amounting to almost 500 USD per day ! Room had no windows! And to top that there was an automated system that would shut off the air con soon as the room door was opened. This effectively meant that if anyone wanted to step out ( which we did ! ) at a time when the others were asleep, they would be left in a room that would become hot and stuffy soon. This after paying that kind of money ! When we requested for a fan, we were told the property didn't have any ... so while they were hospitable I definitely did not find the property upto the mark.

The hotel staff was great very helpful always greeting us asking how our stay is going. It is far away from everything no public transportation. But the hotel does offer a great shuttle service that takes you to downtown on a daily. The shuttle is free, the beach is not accessible as it is very rocky down their. Overall great experience

My wife and I stayed at the Aurora for three nights as part of our honeymoon getaway. It was supposed to be the “treat” of our stay, so we splashed out and spent extra on a honeymoon suite for all three nights. The honeymoon suite was dark (the bedroom had zero daylight) and damp. The minibar was never restocked (including the drinking water we were told to use instead of tap water). The private balcony was neither private nor a balcony, and was instead in full view of the pool bar. The bathroom door was warped and didn't close. On the plus side, the staff were very nice and the property does look as good as the photos. But we regret our booking and would recommend you not book here, and instead stay at any of the other well-appointed hotels in the same price range.

Awesome hotel with wonderful & welcoming staff. Marie & George were great

very disappointing for a “luxury” honeymoon stay

Our minibar on arrival. It was never restocked. The view from our hot tub. Not private, not a balcony. The garden area
